This unit is one side of a duplex. Guests will have private access to the right-side garage, a private backyard and pool area, the entire fourth floor, and the right side of the third floor. The third floor is divided by a wall, providing a fully private space on your side. A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the layout of this duplex. Starter Supplies: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free High-Speed WiFi. Heated Pool: Heated from November 15 – April 15. This home has stairs and an elevator. Please contact us if any guest has mobility concerns.

"Really great experience. House was clean, host was extremely responsive, everything was as expected. This is a great house in a great location, only downside is lots of stairs, but we were expecting that! Would highly recommend!

"We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Siesta Key! The location couldn't have been better, being right across the street from the beach made it incredibly easy to walk back and forth anytime.
The home was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the abundance of beach supplies, which made it so easy to enjoy the full beach experience.
There are quite a few stairs, but the private elevator was a huge bonus. As someone who is 7 months pregnant, and traveling with my older parents, it made getting around the home so much easier and more enjoyable.
Every amenity we could think of was provided, and the home truly felt like a home away from home. The management team was fantastic. They were friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had.
We vacation in Siesta Key every year, and after this experience, we'll absolutely be booking with The Cottages again.

"great rental. clean, very well equipped. Beach wagon, chairs, plenty of towels. Lots of steps but elevator was good for getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Rooftop deck is awesome for sunsets. Beach Rd can get busy in high season but windows seem to be soundproof and it was a quiet restful stay even during spring break. I timed the walk from the beach and it was literally 3 minutes walking fast. Rental was nicely appointed and host was very helpful. Would definitely rent again.

"Oh my gosh this place! Ya know how sometimes the pictures show a gorgeous property and then you get there and it's less than gorgeous? Such is NOT the case with this beach house! It was sparkly clean, the linens were quality, the beds were comfy, the location was CRAZY good (beach right across the street), the rooftop sun deck was wowowowow! Also, come on! Gourmet cupcakes on the counter upon arrival? With our NAME ON THEM!?! Great touch, people! The pool was warm, the beach was powdery white (I found so many sand dollars!), plus we saw an ACTUAL sea turtle! Ok, back to the property: the bathrooms and kitchen each had cute little boxes with single-use supplies (soap, laundry pods, sh & condi, etc.). We didn't use the grill, but it was large and looked new. We had a minor issue with the AC on the 2nd floor, which was literally addressed within minutes of our contacting the property manager. Lots of steps in the house, which I happen to like, but there's an elevator if you'd rather not. It's tiny and slow, from what I heard, but it's an elevator nonetheless! Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Everything looks brand new. There were beach chairs and bikes for our use. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Not large, but perfect for bobbing around and chatting all day. Ok! I thought of one thing that might have been better - we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the last day! Many restaurants w/i walking distance! Running out of space - 110% satisfied! :)

"We were welcomed by a friendly phone call and plenty of information for our arrival. Our family and friends stayed for 5 days. The elevator was very helpful with our luggage. Since we were from out of state, the beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella were very useful. The beach was steps away from the house which made this house in a pristine location. The outdoor shower was easily accessible and helpful. The town is not far from the house with plenty of places to eat. Just a heads up, the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

"We had an amazing experience at this residence. The management company was so welcoming and responsive. The property was very clean and beautiful. It is a 2 min walk to the Siesta Key beach and the property has so many beach goodies in the storage (beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests for toddlers, fun floaties). They also provided laundry detergent, hand soaps, beach towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods etc. We can't wait to come back. The pool area has a small fridge and a TV, too.
