This unit is one side of a duplex. Guests will have private access to the left-side garage, a private backyard and pool area, the entire second floor, and the left side of the third floor. The third floor is divided by a wall, providing a fully private space on your side. A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the layout of this duplex. Starter Supplies: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free High-Speed WiFi. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs and an elevator. Please contact us if any guest has mobility concerns. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"We loved the house. Very clean. Plenty of room. Host communicated well with any questions. Accommodating with an early check in and late check out. We enjoyed the grill and pool area. We enjoyed watching the sunset a few nights from the rooftop. The kitchen had the most dishes and best of anywhere we have stayed. Nice washer and dryer. There was really nothing we needed and didn’t have.

"Clean, has toddler beach toys, wagon, rolling cooler, chairs and umbrella - pretty much all things needed for the beach. Close to beach access, about a 2 minute walk, and the bus stop to the village. Overall great stay.

"Excellent location just steps from the beach. Spotless clean house. Spacious garage with bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and related gear. Tons of clean towels. Plunge pool in the yard with TV stereo, propane grill, and outdoor fridge. Comfy beds. Strong AC and great water pressure. Parking for 3 cars. Hosts were prompt and responsive. Ideal location to easily walk to the beach or the village.

"We have stayed in Siesta Key three times now, and this was by far our best time we have had. The place was incredible. It was bright, open, airy, lots of natural light, and in a phenomenal location, just a 2 min walk to the beach.
The place was so peaceful and we felt right at home. In fact, we plan to rebook this location when we come back. We had a great time. After the beach we would relax in the pool which was very serene and peaceful. One of my personal favorite things to do was sit and drink tea while looking out the corner windows. I can't say enough good things about this place, definitely recommend.
The host was great, extremely responsive and helpful. Always available when we reached out which was only a couple of times with questions.

"We loved the house, it was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. It was a great place to stay close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to every call and resolved all questions/concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely stay with this company again and thus place in particular if in this area again. The lanai and pool were a total hit and used daily! A great place to stay!

"Beautiful Home in a Great Location — But Be Aware of Nearby Construction The location of this property is fantastic, and the home itself is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by active construction directly next door. Work began at 7 AM and continued until 4 PM, Monday through Friday, which made it difficult for our family to sleep in or enjoy the outdoor areas as we had hoped. That said, the rental company was responsive and understanding of our concerns, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this property once the construction next door is complete—it has great potential for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

"A wonderful trip. The house was amazing and holds many memories for us. The location was absolutely perfect There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby. We bought one and didn't need to. We had troubles with the elevator but wasn't an issue, a sun shade on the rooftop would be nice bc too hot to hang out in sun. Happy to have a happy hour pool.

"We had a great time staying here for 2 weeks. Location is perfect for walking to the beach. They furnished everything needed for the beach. Umbrellas, wagon, cooler, chairs. The surprise cupcakes in the refrigerator were a major plus! The only recommendation is more usable things stocked in the kitchen. Paper towels, foil, condiments. The pool was a nice break for later in the day. As they do tell you this is a shared unit. You hear neighbors and share the rooftop but we never had an issue. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend this property.

"Fantastic location short walk to beach and village. Salt water pool perfect for my son with a chlorine allergy. Gorgeous beachfront views and sunsets from rooftop. Seamless check-in process, A+ customer service, responsive and even helped me jump my rental car! Stocked well with everything you need for a week at the beach including beach chairs, wagon, bikes and grill. Outdoor seating with TV was ideal for watching sports events with the kids. Bunk room perfect for kids of all ages and elevator so convenient for luggage, groceries and anyone with disabilities. Wish it were a little less expensive but we rented during peak spring break season.

"We stayed with The Cottages on the Key just a few weeks ago. We will absolutely rent from them again. The house was beautiful but more than that the Cottages team were incredibly attentive. They were always helpful any time I sent an email or gave them a call. When we couldn't find something at the property they had someone there within minutes to drop it off. They were so friendly and the welcome cupcakes were a nice touch!

"Wonderful place for girls birthday getaway (or a family). Lovely interior, great outdoor covered patio with a excellent small pool. A small walk with your wagon loaded with your umbrella & chairs (included) to the beautiful beach with white, white powder soft sand, unlike anything anywhere. I parked myself on the beach ALL day & ladies brought me mimosas & treats. Highly recommend.

"What a great getaway on Siesta Key! This place was easy to get to the beach or village, and just relax by the pool or in the beautiful living area. Great communication from the CottageCrew with the rental agreement, fixing odds and ends, and unfortunately (but also fortunately!!), for helping us prep and evacuate before Hurricane Ian. Definitely recommend!

"Beautiful home, super clean and nicely decorated! Location is superb- only few minutes walking distance to the beach and short drive to restaurants.
