"Very nice rental. The walk to the beach was very doable, but you will have to cross a road at a crosswalk where you activate the flashing signal for traffic to stop for you. We rented both units for our large group. If you’re considering renting both units, note that there are two kitchens. Some may find a second kitchen not ideal because you aren’t gaining important bedroom and bathroom real estate in a rental house, but others may find it necessary to have a second kitchen for refrigerator space and enough dishes for large groups. None of my comments are complaints, just trying to be helpful to those looking to stay in the future. Both units are fabulous. This was our family’s ninth vacation to Siesta Key, and beach houses for large groups are a little hard to come by. This one didn’t disappoint.
