"I found this gorgeous home while booking a last-minute trip for 3 nights and it by far exceeded my expectations. Everything from beginning to end was just phenomenal. The home itself is very spacious, beautifully decorated, has all of the amenities of home. Can't forget to mention the large pool and patio area as well as views from the second and third floor balconies. Just a really lovely time. I will definitely be back!

"This property was wonderful to stay at! It was well equipped and had a great layout. The host was very quick with communicating and even surprised us with a welcome gift (very thoughtful and appreciated!). We felt comfortable, safe and it was a great setup for our group! Loved seeing view of the beach from upper balcony. Location to the beach and village was perfect! We loved being able to walk everywhere! "We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect. Everything is walkable. The unit was very well equipped in the kitchen. We felt like we had everything that we needed to enjoy a great stay. I highly recommend Cottages on the Key's. The only “issue” that we had was that the pool had a lot of sand in it from prior tenants and the heater was not on. We messaged the host and they had someone out to the property to clean the pool and turn on the heater within a couple hours. Wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be back!

"Great location at Public Beach access #10. Host provided wagon, umbrella, beach chairs. That was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed dining Al Fresca on the balcony. The pool was great too. Exceeded our expectations.

"Wonderful visit! The location is amazing you can see the water from the balcony and walk right across the street to the beautiful Siesta beach! House was very roomy. Comfortable beds and enough kitchenware for cooking. Loved the pool cabana and pool. We didn't have time enough to grill but that would be super for next time. Elevator is a plus if you have problems with stairs or carrying heavy stuff. Not too far from the village (easy walk) with great restaurants, music, shopping and fun!

WE COULD HAVE DECREASED OUR OVER PACKED LUGGAGE TO CARRY ONS , WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF THE WASH /DRIER INCLUDED.WE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR US AND A COUPLE THAT VISITED FOR PART OF OUR STAY.THE RENTAL WAS VERY CLEAN. IT WAS EQUIPPED WITH QUALITY KITCHEN DISHWARE, APPLIANCES ACCESSORIES [FROM CHIP CLIPS TO CROCK POTS]. IT IS IMPRESSIVE THE CONDITION OF THIS UNIT, CONSIDERING A FEW NEIGHBORHOOD RENTALS ARE STILL IN REPAIR MODE FROM THE HURRICANE FROM LAST FALL. WE WERE ASKED IF A REPAIR MAN COULD INSPECT/REPAIR THE ELEVATOR DURING OUR FIRST DAY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND QUICK AND WE FOUND IT USEFUL WHEN MOVING GROCERIES/LUGGAGE FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR. THE 2 KING SIZE BEDS WITH FULL BATHROOMS ATTACHED WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. WE DIDN'T NEED THE 3 RD BEDROOM ON THIS TRIP.THE POOL WAS COOL ON THE FIRST DAY BUT THE POOL COMPANY WAS THERE THE 2ND DAY, CLEANED AND TURNED HEATER UP TO A COMFORTABLE LEVEL.THE CONDO HAS BEACH CHAIRS , A COOLER, TOWELS, AND A WAGON TO GET YOU TO THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDED BEACH ACROSS THE STREET.WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE AND ARE CONSIDERING ANOTHER STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE.

"Third time in Siesta Key. House was 4 min walk to beach. Longer walk into the village but we like walking. Only draw back was the upstairs guest room with twin beds has no storage. Buy a dresser for guests as there was really no way for two adult girls to store anything. Had to hang their dresses in master closet. Also, one of the beds there is absolutely the hardest bed ever, our daughter ended up sleeping with us in the master. Other than that everything was great. It's not a house for small kids or older folks as it has three flights of stairs. Yes there's an elevator but it's small and very slow. House was clean and had all you needed. If they replace that bed and add a dresser I'd definitely rent this home again.

"We were so impressed with the location and the size of the unit. We had 7 family members in all and everyone was accommodated with a very comfortable bed. We were all able to eat together, swim together, play games and just visit. Having a beautiful beach just across the road was an added bonus. Thanks for a great time

"This little box doesn’t fit all the great surprises we found at Peacock Villa! We travel a lot, so it takes a great deal to impress us and we were over the moon with this villa! 3 floors, spacious with elevator made it family friendly for all ages - private heated pool and bbq, lounge- fully stocked! We saved money because no one wanted to eat out too often! Had planned to rent bikes, but 4 came with the condo! Just lovely- can’t say enough.

"Good check in process, was delayed to prior renter issue. Property manager dropped off gift card and apology. All worked out great! Private pool area was a nice plus and being across the street from beach access point #10. Plenty of restaurants and retail within walking distance.
