Monarch Villa is part of the Casa De Mariposa duplex and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the pool area and the left side of the building (facing from Calle Del Invierno), including the first, second, and third floors. Please contact us with any questions about the shared space before booking. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"The condo is amazing. Beautiful, clean , spacious . Everything you could possibly need was there . The pool is fabulous as is the surrounding patio area . Ping pong table was fun ! The balconies are perfect for sitting out with a book and a glass of wine . The 2 minute walk to the beach is so convenient.. multiple swims in one day ! The beach is beautiful. Ahhh that quartz sand ..it's like powder. The water is the most incredible shade of blue-green . The water temperature was perfect. Lots of great places to eat/ shop in the village. There is a free shuttle but we preferred to walk ..an enjoyable 10 minute walk . Oh, and the little welcome gift was so nice ..And delicious!( Cupcakes!)Also appreciated the kitchen and bathroom starter packs (dishwasher and washing machine pods, lotion, soap , shampoo , conditioner, body wash). So nice of the property managers to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like we were in Paradise!

"The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and the management team was very responsive and attentive. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and the pool is amazing for the kids. My only complaint is that the street does get very loud at night. I wasn't expecting this, but after speaking with some of the locals understand that it's due to spring break. Some of the fixtures need updating like blinds that were broken, but overall it was a very nice stay.

"Our family of 4 loved being so close to the beach and having a beautiful pool to enjoy. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the elevator was a nice feature to avoid the stairs with luggage. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay steps from the beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

"We stayed at the monarch villa for 7 days. Upon entering the villa we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and relaxing spa music playing on the tv in the living room with ocean scenes. That was a very cool touch. Besides some minor issues with outdated blinds falling off and some parts of the property not fully repaired yet from the storm (not a big issue) we absolutely loved our stay. It's a very large villa with stone floors downstairs and glass tables etc. keep this in mind if you have small children. There are two sets of stairs that don't work with baby gates because of the type of railing/baseboards that are there but we rigged something up to make it safer. Definitely better suited for older children and adults or young children who aren't as active and wild as mine. The elevator was very handy getting our luggage in and out. The team at cottages on the keys were super responsive and friendly. They came right out to fix a door we had issues with shutting and came and cleaned the pool area that needed attending to as soon as our neighbors renting the other side requested it. The main bedroom is right on the road and we were there for spring break so it was very loud on the street but the rest of the villa was pretty quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to town so a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

"Beautiful house, right across from the beach access. An easy 10 min walk to Siesta Key Village! Plenty of space for our family of 4. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. There are beach chairs/toys/umbrellas ready for use. Kids loved the pool! The property management group is extremely responsive, the best we've ever worked with!

"Just a Wow all around - spacious, beautiful and very clean! The location is right across from the beach and close enough to town to walk for coffee or a meal. We chose to rent both units, since we brought the kids and grandkids- great heated private pool with lots of outdoor bbq’s and memories. Every time we needed something - the owners had already anticipated it! Beach buggy, pool dishwater, rolling cooler… fully stocked. Many days we watched the dolphin right from the deck! The Cottage crew were very helpful answering questions. We will be back next year ☺️thanks!

"We had a great time staying at the condo hosted by the Cottages on the Key. The pictures were accurate. The location was perfect. We loved having the elevator to haul our luggage/groceries up- stairs. We enjoyed use of the bikes, beach chairs and beach/pool towels. We also liked the daily weather/activities/restaurants/ reminder board. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable.

Great time on Siesta Key!

"Our family had a great time staying at the Monarch Villa in Siesta Key. The house was very clean and the location is awesome, just cross the street to reach the beach access. Loved the structures of this house especially the balconies. We could see the beach on the top balcony of the master bedroom. One of the toilet was broken but repair was very quick within 1/2 hr. The pool was shared but we didnt have any problem. We loved how all detergent and handsoap were provided for the dishwasher, the washer and the kitchen sink, and all bathrooms, unlike some of the properties we stayed in the past. There are plenty of beach towels. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.
