The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"We had everything we needed! The beach was walking distance! The kids enjoyed the swimming pool! The condo was big enough for 10 of us because we got both sides! We were walking distance from uptown to any shops-restaurants and of course ice cream!

"The location of this property is perfect -- close to the beach and within walking distance of the Village. The accommodations are spacious, and the property is outfitted with everything a large family could need. When we had questions, Cottages on the Key responded quickly and promptly resolved our minor issues. "Charles" was especially gracious, making us feel welcome and comfortable.

"Wonderful communication from property management company. Home was well kept and fully loaded, location couldn't have been better for ease to beach and the local village. Our favorite part was the bikes on site, we used them every day, multiple times of day and really added to the sweetness of our stay here. Our family made memories for a lifetime and for that we are extremely grateful. Thank you!

"Would love to stay again! This property has a great location. It was easy to get to both the beach and town. We did use go carts for quick trips, but it is walkable (about 10-15 min). The kids loved the pool and there was ample shade in the courtyard.
