Casa Eulimia combines a private heated pool, spacious accommodations, and one of Siesta Key's most desirable walkable locations, making it an ideal home base for your island getaway. Your reservation includes peace of mind with our CottageClean™ program, featuring a six-hour deep clean and a detailed 35-point inspection before your arrival.

Need to Know
Casa Eulimia is one side of a duplex. Guests will enjoy private access to the left side two-car garage, the left side backyard and heated pool area, and the entire third floor of the three-story building. Portions of the property may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, or other exterior spaces with the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the property's layout. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated between November 15th and April 15th. While we do our best to keep it warm, cooler temperatures may impact heating performance. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"Overall, we had a great stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the pool was beautiful. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and it is absolutely gorgeous.
At first glance, it may seem like guests are renting a three-story house, but all of the bedrooms and living space are actually located on the third floor only. Guests have access to one floor, along with the garage and pool area, not all three floors. This should be stated more clearly so future guests know exactly what to expect.

"The pool, ping pong table, grill and the refrigerator in the garage made it a great space to hang out after a day on the beach. The kitchen even had a crock pot and other tools for those who cook while on vacation. The bedrooms were nice and there is plenty of room to spread out.

"Location was great. The house was beautiful and had a lot of room. We used the pool a lot even though we went to the beach every day. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas were used on each beach trip. The only thing I would suggest is to put curtains or blinds up in the living room patio doors. Its an open concept and you can see right in the living room, dining room, and kitchen at night. There were curtain rods up but nothing there.

"It was excellent. It is a 2 min walk to the beach. No need for a car. The bikes are great! There is a free shuttle to go wherever you want. The pool was bigger than we thought. No need for a golf cart. There is no parking at beach, and still difficult finding a parking spot at restaurants. The setup is great, and elevator is a God sent.

"Was a simple process to check in and the management company was super attentive. If we had a question they answered almost immediately. Helped find close restaurants as we are from out of town got us the closest grocery store to have groceries delivered. Townhome was extremely nice and the elevator a godsend. It really is a quiet area and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very pleased with the property and would definitely do again. If flying in close to check in I would use ubers from airport as we rented a suburban and drove it 2-3 times total to go to get a few items. Ubers are the way to go. Very pleased!!!

"We loved the house! The location was great, loved having all the beach toys for use without having to bring them from home, communication with management and was great! The rooms were all a great size, comfortable beds, plenty of regular towels abs beach towels, and the kids loved getting in the pool after a beach day. Would love to stay here again!
