Morning starts with coffee on the second-story balcony, the pool area and tropical landscaping below catching the early light. From there, it's just a short walk — barely 400 feet — to Crescent Beach and Point of Rocks, where the Gulf is calm and the snorkeling is some of the best on the island. Back at the house, the heated pool and covered cabana lounge become the natural afternoon gathering spot, cold drinks flowing from the outdoor refrigerator while the group settles in around the outdoor dining area. When dinner rolls around, Crescent Village is 0.4 miles away for a casual meal out, or stay in and put the full kitchen to work. This home is part of a duplex unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the right side of the first-floor garage spaces (2 cars), the right backyard and pool area, and the entire second floor of the three-story building. This home has stairs — if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26.

"We had a wonderful stay! Phenomenal space and location, very short walk directly down the street to public beach access. All the beach supplies you need are provided. The pool is awesome, as is the apartment layout with access via elevator and stairs.
We stayed for a week as a family and it felt like home. Cannot recommend strongly enough. Thank you!

"Overall the place was great and perfect for family stay. We had the entire second floor with another rental above on the third floor. The house was built well and we couldn't hear the other guests. The pool was really great for the little ones and nice set up with a covered area with an outdoor table and TV. The beach was a quick walk to Point of Rocks which is a great area to find shells. The host kept in touch daily in case we needed anything. The internet went out a few times but they were able to come by and fix it. The ice maker was broken and they offered to bring bags of ice daily or as much as we needed. They had cupcakes at the place when we arrived — which was a nice touch!

"We had a wonderful time. Six adults, 2 children and an infant. It was spacious and clean.Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and towels were a bonus! As was the private pool and grill. We left beach toys for future guests along with a pack and play. The pool was at a perfect temperature for the kids. It was a bit chilly the week we stayed. We had an issue with no hot water or pressure and this was attended to promptly We will definitely will be returning. The proximity to the beach, shops and downtown was perfect. "Great stay! The hosts were the absolute best! They were very helpful and took care of any issues immediately thankfully those were few. They even helped with an overnight delivery for a prescription that was needed. Love the home it fit our needs perfectly, especially the 2 minute walk to the beach. Will book with them again.

"Our family stay was one to remember! This place fit 6 adults and 3 kids comfortably and the private pool was a hit! You are a 3 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient. And we enjoyed staying down this end away from all the crowds at siesta key - which is only a 30 min walk on the beach and an easy drive. When we ran out of supplies (ice,toilet paper, laundry pods ect) they brought them to us same day and had excellent communication. Thanks for our wonderful stay!

"From the start, the stay at Casa Junonia was fantastic. The host's communication was impeccable, making the booking process and check-in seamless. The space was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. Any maintenance issues that arose were promptly and efficiently taken care of by the responsive team. A standout feature of this rental was undeniably the private pool amenities and private elevator. The privacy of the pool area made it feel like your own little slice of paradise, creating unforgettable memories during vacation. The elevator made grocery runs easier to unload. The stay here was nothing short of perfect, and can't wait to return for another incredible getaway.

"We had a very enjoyable stay with our 2 teenagers and small dog. The unit is comfortable, modern and very clean and we had plenty of space. The pool and outdoor area were in great condition and even though you are close to the neighboring units the pool area still felt private. Location was perfect - so close to the beach and walking/biking distance to a few restaurants, bars and shops. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to add a chair or 2 to the 3 bedroom balconies. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony off the main living area and would have loved to use the other 3 outdoor spaces as well. Overall a great stay - we would definitely book again and highly recommend to others.
