Casa Tegula is the top-floor unit of a duplex home. Guests enjoy private access to the left side of the 1st floor (garage), the left backyard and pool area, and the entire 3rd floor. Some walls, flooring, or outdoor areas may be shared with the lower unit. The pool is heated from November 15 to April 15. The home includes stairs—please contact us if accessibility is a concern.

"Perfect Spring Break getaway with my family of 5. The location and property were great. House was spotless and well equipped. Pictures online are a true representation; place is very well kept. Beach chairs, coolers, wagon, etc. all there for your use. Private heated pool with TV and BBQ for use. Attentive host and we would love to stay here again! Thank you.

"What an amazing spot. Seconds from the beach, roomy and spotless, handy elevator, private pool(!) We really loved our stay. It was cold when we were there and we couldn't seem to raise the pool temp on our own so I called the leasing org and they sent someone right away (with great communication). We would definitely stay in one of their lovely condos again.

"We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The location and property were more than we expected. A short half block walk to the beach access was wonderful. The unit being all on one floor was a blessing with an 86 year old Mom in the group. All the rooms were large and the heated pool was perfect for March 1st. The management staff response was off the charts. Anything we needed, they were johnny on the spot. We will definitely be going back.

"What a beautiful place and accommodations. We are not too far away and will be back. The pool was perfect for all of us and so beautiful as well. The heated aspect allowed the kids to enjoy it even on cooler days. The beach is so close… cannot ask for much better than that. Also very walkable to many restaurants. The staff is really responsive and attentive... need anything just ask. The only cons were fixed quickly. When we arrived the code to the elevator was not working. The staff came in a matter of minutes and got it fixed. The floors were really sandy and there was dirt sticking to the kids feet but they offered to come clean it right away. Being that we were getting settled in we ultimately chose to have them come the following morning while we headed to the pool/beach. When we came back it was very clean. Thank you far a memorable stay.

"What a beautiful home to stay in! It was conveniently located at a walking distance to the beach and to all the restaurants in the village! We all absolutely fell in love with home! The private pool was also a huge plus!! Had everything we needed, beautifully decorated and the rooms were all very comfortable! The cottages personnel was fantastic!! They were so responsive and attentive to all our needs! Loved staying here & would definitely stay again!!! Thanks for allowing us to make such great memories here!!! 🥰❤️

"We had a great week in siesta key with family and really enjoyed being a quick walk to the beach. I also especially liked the easy walking access to restaurants and stores. Having 3 bikes at the property was a wonderful plus.
