Casa Stolida is part of a duplex with shared walls and outdoor spaces. Guests have exclusive access to the right side of the 1st floor (garage), the right backyard and heated pool area, and the entire 2nd floor. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"Excellent communication from the property management company. They had ice for us and a welcome gift, which was a very nice touch. Overall, very happy with the home, 3-minute walk to the beach, one minute drive to restaurants and bars with karaoke. Excellent stay.

"House was just as nice as in the pictures! Fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach essentials, bikes, pool floats, etc. And the ice delivery was such a pleasant surprise. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. My family really enjoyed our time and will most definitely stay there again when visiting Siesta Key.

It was spectacularly clean and spacious- had everything we needed- except extra toilet paper and tissue (I'd recommend adding a box in each bathroom- no fun blowing your nose with toilet paper ). "We had the most amazing week at casa stolida! I traveled with my in-laws, husband and daughter who is 3. It was very kid friendly and the perfect place for privacy and family time. The pool area was very private and was the highlight of the trip for our 3 year old. The beach was a 5min walk away and the sunset was incredible. The property had everything we needed to cook at home while also having restaurants within walking distance! We hope to be back one day!
