"This property was a blessing. Location: right in close proximity to the village center, the beach, and stores / restaurants / bars. Property: very nice. Clean, TVs in every room (and by the pool). Functional kitchen, clean, functional grill. All the necessary cooking accessories. Pool is very nice. AC works great. Has an elevator to help get all the luggage upstairs. Has 4 beach cruiser bicycles to use. Has folding lawn chairs, beach toys for kids, etc. Hosts/Customer Service: Top notch. Very responsive answering any questions, etc. My wife wants to stay here again next year when we go back.

"This is gonna be a long one. Its based on expense vs value. This is the second time we stayed at Casa Ohana on Siesta Key. It was great !! Our family of 10 had a tremendous experience at this rental. You are in the heart of the Village and quick walk to the beach. You have your own pool, full kitchen, elevator, family room, and a covered porch by the pool for gathering. The unit was spotless and if there is an issue, they respond immediately. Now for the expense vs value. Is the unit expensive, yes it is. But the value you get outweighs the expense. Most people reading reviews, like us are not rich. The cost when you compare renting 4 hotel rooms in this great location makes more sense. Add to that you have a full kitchen, gas grill, and washer dryer and the value starts to greatly exceed the expense. As Grand Parents having everyone together on vacation takes the value of this property off the charts. Add to that the two people we had contact with at this company, Tim and Ken were absolutely great. They could have not been more accommodating and genuinely concerned that we had a top notch experience. The value you get from this rental is way more than worth it. I would Highly recommend to anyone wanting to bond with their family on a vacation. I forgot to mention we are from Buffalo NY, and the weather here didn't suck !!!

"This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five adults. The location could not be beat. Siesta Key Village restaurants were a happy discovery, especially The Cottage. There is a well stocked market just a block away so you can get necessities easily. We used the heated pool and the beach cart and chairs. It was a little chilly in FL but we still walked the beach daily.

"We came in knowing there may be issues with the hurricane that hit them but the owners did an amazing job getting the place together for our vacation. We travel here every year for our family Christmas get away and was very pleased with the house and the property manager helping us with everything. Nice job considering what you have been through . So happy we kept our reservations and did not cancel . Thank you so much for making it a great vacation.

"We enjoyed our stay and the management team was super responsive to any of our needs. The condo was very clean, amenities were great and the location was right in the middle of the village so lots of walkable restaurants. The only complaint or disappointment was that it said the beach was a 2 minute walk and it actually was at least a 10 minute walk. It's an easy walk but with small children it can be a challenge.

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Cottages on the Keys. The unit was very spacious and perfectly stocked for a family beach vacation - didn't need to bring any additional beach gear with us! We arrived just as Debby was hit and the hosts were very responsive and proactive to any concerns we had. The pool was amazing, the beach and restauranters were only a short walk away, and the hosts provided great recommendations for additional rental equipment for our 6-month old. I would definitely stay here again!

"We loved the location to the village and the beach! The house provided enough room for our family of 10. It was clean, well equipped with house needs as well as lots of beach equipment….chairs, wagon, cooler, and ninja shade tent!! We loved the private pool and seating area. "Place is pretty much spot on with their description. Great pool and patio area, open kitchen, decent bedrooms. We were concerned about noises and footsteps from upstairs (a seperate rental unit) but true to their words, we heard nothing during our stay. Very close to restaurants, shops, and the closest beach access which was a huge plus. The unit in theory sleeps 12 max (we had 11) and while that could be done easily if you utilize all the pullout couches and rollaway bed, keep in mind only 8 people will be in real beds. That wasn't a problem for us since we had a few kids who didn't mind (in fact, excited about) sleeping on pullout couches. AC malfunctioned on the day of our check-in, but management company was able to send two technicians right away to trouble shoot. They ended up having it fixed the next morning due to lack of proper tools, but they kept in touch the entire time until it was fixed. Since this is managed by a company, don't expect any condiments in pantry though.

"The location was was perfect for us. We had older teens and being close to all the shops, restaurants and beach was perfect. The set up of the rooms was great and we never felt crowded. It's well stocked with the essentials. The property management was attentive and easy to work with. Check in is later than we would have wanted and check out is early so just be aware of those times and plan accordingly.

"This was our 12th April vacation in Siesta Key and it was amazing!! Having the entire property on one floor, a private pool and plenty of space for the kids to spread out it was ideal!! Walking to beach and village were easy and the beach is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend for easy family beach vacay!

"We had a fabulous week at Casa Ohana. From the moment we walked in and saw the personalized welcome cupcakes, we knew we'd made the right choice. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and beds are comfortable.
