"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is very close to the beach and all the restaurants and shopping, easy walks! The unit was very clean and had everything you needed including beach towels and chairs. The bedroom could use a little update as far as carpet and blinds but the bed itself was very comfortable. The host of this property was very responsive and definitely would book with them again!!

"Everything you need - less than 5 minute walk to beach or town. No car needed. Heated pool, beach chairs, cart and umbrella included. Cupcakes when you unlock the door is a very nice touch.

"Very nice place great pool, friendly people close to shops and restaurants. Wasn't quite sure where to go when we got there would be nice to have more instructions as there is four apartments in one house. Everything else was awesome. Thanks a bunch.

"Attached units are understandably under construction. Had a few issues related to that and the management responded so quickly , and even on Xmas eve sent someone out to fix an issue. All things considered, amazing service. Place was nice, clean, well stocked. Amazing location.

"This unit is in a great location! Only a short walk to the beach and the village. The welcome cupcakes for our anniversary were so nice! The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the beach wagon and chairs every day! Communication with the management company was fast and easy. "Great location. Off the busy Main Street but less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars all around. We walked to Mojo Rising just down the street for coffee in the morning, and utilized the market and liquor store a few minutes walk away. The pool/grill area is shared with other renters in the quadplex, and everyone was respectful and friendly. Clean space with basic amenities provided for cooking and cleaning dishes. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, and umbrella were also provided in the communal area. The welcome cupcakes in the fridge were lovely! Felt safe staying here as two young females, which is always appreciated.

"Excellent location to walk everywhere. Siesta Key Village and the beach within a couple minute walk. Comfortable King bed in bedroom & pull out queen bed in sofa. Used BBQ grill & washer/dryer. Everything we needed.
