"Great house for a family to vacation in. My family enjoyed all the amenities — the pool, access to the canal, and everything in between. The location was super, close to everything we needed. The house was stocked with everything we needed, from household items to beach chairs, umbrellas, and a canopy. The hosting company was very responsive and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

"The house was clean, had everything we needed for a heach vacation and the perfect location. We loved to ride the bikes tonthe beach and used the provided equipment like chairs and coolers. It was so nice to not have to worry about that stuff. Pool was great too. Company was so great to work with.

"Charles and the crew were responsive when we had questions. We had no issues during our stay. Actually we were pleasantly surprised by the array of bikes for our use and the extensive beach equipment in the garage! It was a perfect location for privacy yet an easy walk to village and beach. Yummy cupcakes with a personal greeting awaited us in the fridge! That was a super nice touch! The Cottage Crew offers a return customer discount which is much appreciated! We had a wonderful stay! "Our February stay at Villa de Paradiso was a total delight. Thank you, Cottages for the fast attention to our move in issues. The 347 was perfect for us and our visiting grandchildren. Everyone loved the pool, the bikes and the ease with walking into town. Being able to venture off in the kayaks was a special treat. In all, everyone came away rested and refresh to return to the north. Thank You Cottages for making it all possible!

Was great to walk to the Village throughout the day

"Two families (10 guests ranging in age from 13-52) shared this home and we enjoyed all the amenities including the outside seating, board games, pool, kayaks, bikes and the great location close to the SK Village and beach on a quiet cul de sac. Several of us appreciated the shady areas near the pool (the sun gets hot!). We had other family staying on the beach so we never took chairs, coolers to the beach, but it’s about a 10 minute walk and we saw many people doing it. Definitely go to the beach at least once for sunset and the veterans service at Patriots Pier. Was great to walk to the Village throughout the day and not have to hunt for a parking spot!

"This house sits on a canal with an easy, close walk to town, which was nice. Lovely back, partially covered deck with pool was perfect for our family, as well as ping pong table in garage. However, it is in need of some love. The bedding, furniture, dryer and the fact that this 4 bedroom house only has 2 small bathrooms was not ideal. Also the bunkbed room was much smaller than shown in pictures online. However for the cost over Christmas break it worked well for our family of 9 with grown children.

"From the very first contact to the last detail on departure date everything was so professionally done; so much so that we were amazed! Our stay was a major part of a surprise birthday party. "Our first time at Siesta Key and renting a property with multiple families. The home was spectacular. When having issues with cable or the pool pump, the property management team were super responsive and started resolving the issues within an hour. Very cost effective way to enjoy the comforts and privacy of a home that is only an 5-8 minute walk to the beach and town festivities. Looking forward to booking this vacation again!
