"This was everything we had read about the property to be true. It was close to the beach on the canal. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaking!There are a few things that could be updated on the property, but nothing major.We will Definitely be back!

"Nice property and company very responsive. Loved having access to beach equipment-coolers, chairs, towels, umbrellas, games and wagons that we didn't have to bring. Hot tub would not heat and after texting company, someone was there in 10 mins to fix it. I did notice some of the description about the house does not match. For instance, there is not a bedroom on the main floor. All four are upstairs. The street side balcony is attached to the 2 twins, not a queen. Only the king has an en-suite. It is a mile walk to the village area. The beach is a 15 minute walk from leaving the house to the water. Making that walk in 5 mins with beach stuff is not possible. Maybe on a bike. It is a very wide beach so once you get beach side, it is easily another 5+ mins to sit near the water. Pool being heated is iffy. I was told to heat it was where the spa button was but only button was for the spa. The only pier we found was pieces of one that was in the sand. No fishing or dolphin walking. And that was over a mile walk, not .7 Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Cottages on the Key were very easy to work with and very responsive. Siesta Key beach is beautiful.

"This house was perfect for our family! From the bikes to the kayaks, we always had something to do. The pool and hot tub were great. We ended up renting a golf cart, which helped with driving around the area and parking.

"The property was very well maintained and just right for our extended family of six. The pool was delightful and brand new 2 months ago.Only problem, it was to far from the beach to walk with little ones and grandparents in the heat. And parking was a challenge at the beach. The property itself was excellent. And the couple questions and concerns we asked about were dealt with immediately.

"Our family absolutely Loved this property! The house was amazing! Very clean and delivered on everything thst is listed on VRBO. They went above and beyond!! When we walked into the house, we were greeted with soothing music and gourmet cupcakes Welcoming us to the property.! Our family enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. The pool and the hot tub was wonderful! "The property was fantastic. Was very clean with a great location. Villa Champaigne would be a wonderful rental for anyone-especially families. Our family had the best time staying there. There were bikes(6!) to ride, 3 kayaks, wonderful pool with hot tub, and plenty of room. A special shout out to Amy. Amy responded to my questions in a very timely manner and really went out of her way to take care of us. I would highly recommend Villa Champaigne and Cottages On The Key for any vacation needs

"Beautiful home. Easy to use for a family of 8. Provided all necessary items which made it easier since we flew and didn't bring anything but clothes and personal items. Close to everything. We chose to rent a golf cart as that was simpler to take to beach with 4 riding furnished bikes. Definitely would rent again!
