This is a combined duplex property—Coconut House (606B) and Palm Shade Cottage (606A) are accessed by separate entrances and do not share interior space. Coconut House is a single-floor unit. If any guest has difficulty with stairs at Palm Shade Cottage, please contact us for alternative accommodations.

"We had an amazing 5-night stay at Tropical Retreat! Booking through VRBO was seamless, and the property management team communicated wonderfully before our trip.The home was spotless, updated, and thoughtfully designed. Our girls loved the welcome gift, and every detail—extra blankets, plenty of towels, beach supplies, even a step stool for our youngest—made our stay so comfortable. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the screened-in pool was a huge hit with the kids.We especially appreciated the screened dining area, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors even during evening showers. The washer/dryer and lightweight vacuum were incredibly helpful for keeping things tidy after beach days.As a chef, my husband was impressed with the kitchen and grill setup—everything we needed was there. The location was another huge plus—closer to the beach than expected and easy for kids and adults to manage.The beach gear (wagons, chairs, umbrella) was an added bonus, and the easy checkout process was a lifesaver while traveling with small children.Overall, this property truly thought of everything. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return!

"Not far to the beach, just walk past 2 houses and cross the street right to public access #10. Far enough away from the public parking lot that it isn't too crowded. Easy drivable access to many amenities, and great restaurants in the area. Offstreet parking, laundry, pool, groll, and beach carts were all very helpful. 2 kitchens and living rooms worked great for us and allowed 2 families some separation with different morning and night routines while having time together otherwise. Great trip, thank you!
