"The home is beautiful and very well appointed and the layout is great! The kitchen and dining area/ lounging spot was a dream for large families like ours. The outside pool/ play and bar area was amazing. The location to the beach and village was outstanding! Perfect location for sure! "This house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a wide open layout. It easily accommodated our party of 12 and still felt spacious even when we were all packed into the dining/kitchen space at once. Just steps away from Siesta Key Village and the beach, it took no time to get to the only two places we wanted to go. There were tons of beach chairs available for our party, as well as a wheeled cart to lug everything to the beach (house had one umbrella... will need to rent if you want more). With tons of balcony space, a huge outdoor lounge area, a putting green, ping pong table, good sized hot tub and pool, there was little reason for us to spend time indoors, but when we did, it was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had one minor issue and it was promptly resolved. Lastly, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which is critical in my opinion. We will definitely stay here again.

"Our experience in Siesta Key and at this house was absolutely wonderful. We occupied all of the bedrooms and still felt like there was an incredible amount of space and privacy when we needed it. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the amenities were amazing. Everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It truly exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely return!

"The place is pricey but we needed the 6+ bedrooms. There was a lot of noise from how close the homes are and daily construction noise as well. Good communication, easy to get it, good instructions, nice location between beach and restaurants. Solid 4 stars.

"Our family really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key! The house was very clean and comfortable. We did have some minor interruptions with smoke detectors, keypad and pool equipment, but Cottages on the Key worked to fix or come up with solutions for any issues quickly and efficiently. The house is so close to all the shops and minutes from a beautiful beach. We didn't even need the bikes we rented for the week. The elevator was great for Grandma and hauling luggage up to the top floors. It was a perfect location for our family full of teens, although I would remind everyone that because it's close to everything, lock your car! We did have some sunglasses stolen from ours. We would definitely stay here again!

"What a wonderful property! The location is perfect -- a short walk to both the beach and the Village. The house is spectacular and well-stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had is that the photos on the website are not updated to show the new view-blocking homes built next door. You can barely see the water now. Nevertheless, we would come back in a heartbeat!

"This home was perfect for my girlfriends retreat! Each bedroom was beautiful, the living areas were comfortable and the decor was gorgeous. The kitchen was the best, most well appointed kitchen I've ever experienced in an AirBNB from the 8 burner gas stove which our private chef loved to having more than enough dishes, glasses, cookware and silverware. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely our favorite place to be! I can't say enough - it was PERFECT!

"This home was perfect.It had everything !Plenty of space, (bedrooms with bathrooms), and entertainment areas for all ages. The elevator was key in transporting luggage, baby equipment and groceries . The stairs were great for exercise ! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go from here: beach, restaurants , shops, Hop on and Off trolley. The Baby equipment rental drop off and pick up was so reasonable .Flying in to the Bradenton Sarasota airport was also a plus. We had terrific weather as well and at this time , mid April, avoided the red tide issue. Terrific and memorable vacation . Professional family pictures at the beach at sunset was amazing. "Very nice property! We brought a large family group and every one enjoyed the many rooms, good technology, fun pool area and putting green. The outdoor space is such a great gathering space. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve a big family, which we really appreciated! The beach was a very short walk to an area not as busy as the main beaches, so we liked that! Red tide did affect one day of our beach time.

"Had a great time with extended family and friends! The location to the beach and the shopping area was fantastic! The house was beautiful! Loved having 2 separate family rooms! Enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing ping pong! Everyone enjoyed coming back to the pool after those long hot days on the beach! (The little biting flies outside were not fun but nothing a little Off and a citronella candle couldn't handle) Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!
