NEW! Treasure on the Canal | Heated Pool & Spa, Canal Front, Kayaks, Near Siesta Key Beach
Now Welcoming Guests!

Why You’ll Love This Home
Treasure on the Canal is a grand Mediterranean-style estate on Siesta Key’s waterways, where a private heated pool and spa, a private dock with direct canal access, and two kayaks set the stage for a stay that moves at whatever pace you choose. Soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a built-in wet bar with wine fridge, and a covered outdoor kitchen make the home as impressive inside as it is outside. A second living area upstairs with its own wet bar and large TV gives the group plenty of room to spread out, while Siesta Key Village is just a 15-minute stroll down the road.

‍‍ Perfect For
Families and groups of up to 8 looking for a luxurious, well-appointed Siesta Key canal home with private water access, an entertainer’s outdoor space, and walkable distance to the village and beach.

️ Imagine This
Pull up to the paver driveway and the terracotta roofline and royal palms make the first impression before you even walk through the door. Inside, the double-height living room opens immediately to the pool deck through a wall of sliding glass, the canal glimmering just beyond the paver patio. Morning coffee happens out here — lounge chairs claimed, the dock quiet, the kayaks ready for anyone who wants to get on the water before the day picks up. Back inside, the built-in wet bar under the sweeping staircase becomes the natural gathering point as the afternoon winds down, cold drinks poured while dinner comes together in the kitchen. When evening arrives, the covered outdoor kitchen takes over — the built-in grill fired up, the alfresco dining table set for six under the soaring outdoor ceiling. Upstairs, the second living area with its own wet bar and TV is the perfect place for the group to reconvene after dinner, and the home office bonus room gives anyone who needs a quiet corner their own space. Siesta Key Village is 0.7 miles away for a night out, and the beach is just a mile beyond that.
