"in all my years this was by far the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in!!! The photos dont it justice! we felt like royalty. Elegant furnishings, balconies in several areas, a gourmet kitchen well stocked and even an elevator. I highly recommend..

"The house is great, walking distance to the beach which was very nice, plenty of beach chairs and Tent for shade. Pool was nice to come back to after a long day at the beach. It is a shared pool but rarely had anyone else there.
The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved being able to sit outside on the deck in the evenings( Recommend bug spray though)
We had a few issues but maintenance was quick to respond.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

"We loved staying here! I Can’t say enough positive things about it! It would be a very long review. It blew us away when we went up the stairs!
We would absolutely stay here again. The elevator was nice, so we could take our luggage up to the main floor.
We had a few hiccups, but they were resolved in a few hours .
The canopy was perfect for the beach too! So much better than an umbrella!
We were on a family vacation, and our kids loved it!

"The home was spacious and beautiful, and is located within a short walk to the beach. When I booked the reservation I didn't realize the pool is a shared pool rather than private. That wasn't an issue while we were there as only one other person used the pool. During busier times, I would think that the activity level may result in alot of noise, and the pool is directly behind the house. Property management was very responsive to a few maintenance related matters. Overall, a great experience and stay.

"We are very happy with the stay in this 3-level house, which also has an elevator which facilitated the transfer of luggage from the garage (double) on the ground floor to levels 1 and 2 where the bedrooms are located. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is spacious, there were 5 adults and 6 children and we felt very comfortable. The beach that is 1 and a half blocks away is beautiful with impressively white sand and the sunsets there are spectacular. We would definitely come back to this house!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This cottage was beautiful - very clean and spacious. The staff were very responsive, and got back to us normally within minutes about any request. Best of all, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach! I would 100% stay again, as we all absolutely loved it!

"This property was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering of 9! Easy walk over to Cresent Beach with no busy roads to cross. The kitchen was large with plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking/baking equipment.

"Plenty of sleeping spaces. Fully equipped kitchen, great beach and beach accessories. Great location for walking to nearby establishments. Only negative was the bbq grill not having even heat. Would definitely consider this property again.

"The property is as great as pictures described! Very close to beach access (3-5min walk) and the sea is AMAZING!! Warm, calm and clear water!! I don't know how busy the swing pool can get but we had it for ourselves only for almost all the time just met 3 ppl there one day. Elevator was super helpful for elderly and to move bags up and down, otherwise we didn't mind using the stairs! Overall a super nice experience and a super nice property!!! Just be aware that the beach access closest to the house you can't park but the house is close enough to walk back after dropping your cooler/beach stuff! We rented a golf cart and used for this purpose but someone would drive it back to the house because couldn't park it, which was not even an inconvenience for us! 5stars all the way!!

"This VRBO was amazing! The house was beautiful, the supplies toiletries were great, and they even had a treat for us upon arrival. This house is so beautiful and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also had the pool to ourselves through the week which was nice. The beach wagon/buggy that was supplied was also so helpful.

Perfect Beach Vacation with Family

"WOW, we cannot say enough great things about the Topsail Cottage! It is the perfect property for a family beach vacation. The property has the perfect combination of privacy with huge bedrooms and bathrooms so all guests have their own luxury space. While still also providing great community spaces for the family to gather with the beautiful kitchen and open layout. The outdoor patio is also a great place to both start and end the day with a constant light breeze coming in off the ocean. All furnishings were well appointed and it truly felt like a luxury stay, but still very family friendly. Our Kids loved the beach access and pool setup! Location was also ideal as we had a very short walk to the beach, as well as many restaurants including Jake's Ice Cream parlor. Big Water Fish Market was also a revisited favorite for lunch and dinner. We would highly recommend the property and the area to friends and we will certainly be back to Topsail!

"Our group of 7 loved this house. All bedrooms have walk-in closets & full baths, so everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The covered porch w/ outdoor kitchen is amazing - we spent lots of time there!! The pool is small but nice, and the ocean is about a 5 minute walk. We loved it!

"Coming to the Cottages for a much needed family get away before the school season and this was the escape we needed. The sheer size and amount of space to "live" in for the week was overwhelming. Truly a welcome experience. All the bedrooms had a private bathroom, the pool was essentially ours for the week, and the beach was right around the corner. I had such a chill time, I never made it to the downtown area, except to go the the market. Highly recommend a stay. Bonus fact: we needed an air fryer and we received an air fryer. Simply magic.
