"Very nice house, in quiet area with pool. The house has a large garden with direct access to the canal, which is very nice especially in the evening. Short distance to the beach (by bike (available in garage) 6 minutes) and also not far to Siesta Key Village (7min by car) The beach is unique (light, sand quality)

"Everything was as the pictures, we had an issue with the bike locks but that was resolved very quickly. The house is immaculate and very clean. The air conditioning on the first level went out on day two but was fixed the next day (very impressive service). My only issue was the refrigerator, first day wasn’t cold enough, turning down the temperature next day seemed good but after that no matter the temperature setting it froze almost all the food. Threw away $$$ of food. Overall I would definitely stay here again if they could guarantee the refrigerator was fixed. My family throughly enjoyed the pool and the house . Beds are very comfortable. This is a beautiful property.

"The house was in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for the week and drive all over the key. The house had everything you need and if you take the kayaks out you might see some manatees. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

"We had a great time at this property, so gorgeous, a lots of space for entertaining. The communication with the staff was great and I felt like I was on my own house. I would definitely recommend this house and I would definitely coming again.
