As you enter Sunburst Courtyard, you'll be greeted by the mother-in-law suite, providing a private and comfortable space for guests or extended family members. Moving through the property, you'll discover the centerpiece of this home - the spacious screened-in courtyard, featuring a sparkling private heated pool & spa and ample lounging areas. Spend your days swimming, relaxing poolside, or grilling out and enjoying delicious BBQ meals in the warm island breeze.

The main house of Sunburst Courtyard features two bedrooms and two baths, offering a comfortable and inviting space to unwind. The bright and elegant design creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the private casita adjacent to the courtyard provides two additional generously sized bedrooms, ensuring privacy and space for everyone in your group.

Inside the main living quarters, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, wood cabinets, and ample space to create culinary masterpieces. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, this kitchen has everything you need.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating and a pool table for hours of entertainment and friendly competition. Sunburst Courtyard can accommodate up to 12 guest with a bedding configuration as follows:

Main Cottage:

Private Guest Quarters:

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door for security purposes only. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.

"We took our entire family to Siesta Keys for vacation and stayed in this amazing home. The host made everything perfect, including a wonderful letter congratulating us on our anniversary and telling our son Happy birthday. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, and treats as well. The communication with them was superb and they couldn't have made our stay any better. The house was beautiful with an open floor plan that gave us plenty of room to enjoy the rainy days we had. The bedrooms were big and comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen. The pool and hottub were a big reason we rented this property and they didn't disappoint. We look forward to coming back and staying in one of their homes again. Thank you all for the perfect vacation.

"The first night was magical, we walked into the house with most of the lights on and some beautiful music playing, I will never forget that moment! Everything about this house is great, it's clean, the location is perfect, has enough cooking utensils and the pool is kept very clean. "Everything was amazing! I couldn't recommend it more. The place was unbelievably clean, bright, comfortable, and high quality. The Host was responsive, allowed for flexible check-in, and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome treat! The pool was amazing and the house had absolutely everything one could want— beach gear, kayaks, pool floats, etc. Great for kids and adults alike!

"From the moment we entered the front door, until we toured the last room, my family and I were wowed. The house and grounds were very clean and extremely well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to prepare our meals. There were plenty of linens and towels; including beach towels. The bicycles and kayaks were in excellent condition. There was abundant outdoor seating in multiple areas. The pool and spa were among our favorite amenities, as was the pool table. Although, my adult nephews would probably argue that the “bach pad” (in-law suite) was their favorite. The house was a short walk or quick bike ride to the Village and/or beach, so the location was wonderful. The management company was very well run and professional. They were very prompt in responding to our questions and one maintenance issue. To our surprise, they even had someone put the trash bins at the roadside on trash pickup days. We would definitely stay here again!

"We had a wonderful time at Sunburst Courtyard!! Upon arrival, we enjoyed the yummy welcome cupcakes. We also appreciated the complementary soap/cleaning sets for each bathroom and the kitchen, as well as a starter set of toilet paper and a paper towel roll. The listing didn't (it may have changed) share this, so I'll add it here: There are two, 2-man kayaks and one, 1-man kayak available to use (and only 3 adult life jackets - more would have been nice, especially for kids to use). We loved kayaking the canals and out to the nearby island!! There were also at least 4 adult bicycles we used a bit but most of them need some work done (loose handlebar attachment, etc.). The pool was beautiful and maintenance was quick to send a pool man out twice when it was having trouble - he replaced the filter, which cleared it up completely. They also provided lots of pool towels, a blow-up mat for the pool, some toys for building sand castles, a kid's puddle jumper jacket, a VERY helpful beach cart we used often when we hit the beach, several beach chairs, and a nice beach umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, including a huge variety of spices (more than any house I've stayed in), ALL the supplies needed for cooking (although they could upgrade the whisks, they were flimsy and kept bending out of shape with my thin pancake batter)...literally the only thing we couldn't find was a steamer basket (we did almost all of our cooking, not much eating out). The rooms were very nice, spread out well for a large group (we had 2 couples, 3 kids, and 2 single adults). It was so nice that there were 2 extra twin mattresses (and bedding) in one of the closets, and we used one of those...in addition to the 2-bed trundle, pull-out couch (fits 2), and 3 other large beds throughout the house. The beach is close enough to bike to (some of our group did that), but a bit far to walk to for older adults or young kids. We drove to Siesta Beach a few times and they have a huge parking lot, so it wasn't a problem to find parking (even if it took a bit of searching)...we also drove to several other nearby beaches that were never more than 30 minutes away. So it was a great location for us! If you want to take the Siesta Key Trolley (we didn't end up doing that), we learned you just walk to the Village and hop on right next to the local market (free rides down as far south as Turtle Beach). Thanks for a great stay!!
