Sol Y Mar is a duplex property made up of two side-by-side units. When reserving the full property, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of both interiors. Outdoor areas, the HOA pool, and some exterior spaces may be shared per community guidelines. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26.

"This is a duplex with both apts fully independent of each other. Beautifully remodeled with plenty of kitchen utensils, 2 BBQs, washer dryer for each unit, 8 beach towels, 7 beach chairs and 4 boogie boards (at least when we were there). Great a/c and super attention to detail. Great customer service. They communicate throughout the stay as needed in a matter of minutes.

"Our two families (kids ages 12-16) had a great time at Sol y Mar. It felt brand new and had everything we needed for a great time at the beach. Perfectly situated in walking distance to restaurants and shopping and ice cream. Loved the pool and the outdoor shower. Beach access was also great although there was only a small part of the beach we could set up at due to the surrounding resorts, but we made it work. Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings, white sand and clear turquoise water and there was something for everyone!
