"Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your perfect home. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and could not have wished for anything better than staying here. It was just the two of us in the house but when we saw the features online and the description, we said yes, it's big but this is a very special occasion and so we went for it and have no regrets. We leave tomorrow and will miss the sight and sounds surrounding the home. Thank you again and again. Hope to be back!

"The place was very nice. The bathroom situation was weird. It was a bit expensive and that stressed my mom out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I wish I would have gotten a place with a pool. We loved the large living and dining area, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable

"Upon arrival we were blown away with the beautiful beach view and giant porch to enjoy it from. This is steps from the beach, through a well worn path. They supplied plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and even a cooler for taking down to the beach. We personally felt it was close enough to walk to the village. We traveled as a family of 6, and had plenty of room and really could have slept 2 more with zero issues. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much but not a deal breaker - pillows are always hit and miss places. The main issues we came across were extremely strong perfume scented bedding, overall we're all pretty sensitive to perfume and I did have to wash all of the bedding on second day as we started getting headaches. Property manager was great and did offer to drop off new bedding, but we were worried we'd run into the same thing again. There weren't enough wash cloths for everyone, and they had them dropped off by the next morning for us. It is on the 4th floor, so there was no concern about anyone getting in our bathroom door but I did let them know the door did not lock and they said they'd come back to replace it next day and never did. There is also no elevator to get up to 4th floor so wouldn't recommend for anyone mobile impaired. The ice maker did have a lot of black mold, so we avoided it, hopefully they got that fixed. Overall we would still stay here again!

"Stayed for a week and felt like home away from home. Location is fabulous. Unobstructed water views. direct beach access. A few blocks from down town shops and restaurants but far enough we. Heard no music or fuss from there. Very peaceful place. Inside was comfy and had everything we needed including some things not advertised (like a beach cart and umbrellas which are a must if you like to bring as much stuff to the beach as we do). We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only very minor thing for us was kid proofing for our 4yo. We moved the board games such and the few nicknacks out of his reach was all. We'd 100% recommend it to folks with children keeping that in mind.

"Wonderful family trip for 3 teenagers for first timers to Siesta Key Beach. Love this place!! Very clean!! Beautiful setting on the beach. Close to everything in Siesta Key. Great communication to get in before our booking. Staff was very attentive to our needs. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely book there again! Highly recommend!!

"Beautiful penthouse condo! As you open the door you are immediately greeted by the bright openness of the huge center room which includes the kitchen, dining and great room! Then you are immediately drawn to the total glass wall of full height windows looking out to the gorgeous view of the crystal blue waters of Siesta Key! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all huge! Absolutely gorgeous place to call home for a week!

"Oh what a wonderful family vacation we had and the weather was perfect! We came to celebrate our father's 70th birthday and the set up of this condo was perfect for our families & 3 little kids. We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony, playing family games, enjoying sunsets of the beach, and our little one loved the bunny out in the grass in the morning! (She thought it was the Easter bunny) We enjoyed SKOB, Orange Octopus, took a sunset cruise with Parasail Siesta, listened to live music at Gilligans, had a blast at Pop Stroke, and more than anything just time together with our family in a beautiful place. Thank you so much for sharing a piece of your heaven with us!
