"Loved our stay! Such a great location and beautiful home! As described and everything you need for a great stay.
We were there over the 4th and there was a lot of fireworks in the neighborhood that were a bit loud, but that is to be expected and nothing the hosts can do! The house was very well equipped for families!
Can’t beat being so close to the village or the beach!
We had a great time and would love to be back!!!

"The house was perfect! Easy walking distance to the beach and village. The added amenities of the beach towels and chairs, wagons, coolers and beach toys were great! Hosts were awesome and very responsive with questions. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

"We loved having a private pool with small basketball hoop & the outside covered space was perfection. The house was well stocked with beach chairs, cooler and wagons to take to the beach. I am hard to impress, but this place is very impressive.

"I am hard to impress, but this place is very impressive. The pictures do not do it justice. The leather sofa was replaced with a new sofa . The living area seems like it has 18 foot ceilings. The kitchen is very modern with quartz countertops. It has two air-conditioning units upstairs and downstairs. Great water pressure. The pool was bath water warm. The one that I had was quickly addressed.. master bath has a nice walk-in shower. It's a great place to cook out and eat on the deck. It's less than a minute. Walk to the village. We did get a golf cart to drive to the beach great family vacation I would come back.

"We had a great stay overall and the home worked well for our family. The open kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable, and the covered outdoor dining area was wonderful. The pool was warm and clean, and we loved the outdoor shower with warm water for rinsing off after the beach. The house was well stocked with beach wagons, chairs, toys, umbrellas, and plenty of kitchen supplies including Tupperware for packing snacks and lunches. The location was excellent, about a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to Siesta Key Village. A few notes: Late-night noise outside the master bedroom was noticeable a few nights, after 11pm and even after 1am. There is no highchair, however there is a crib, yay! The 10am checkout felt rushed as we checked on day after daylight savings. We did ask for a one hour extension but check in/out was firm. Overall though, a great family-friendly stay!

"It was a beautiful clean home. We loved the outdoor pool and enclosed patio with a TV. The next door neighbor was friendly and helpful. We could walk to the beach and to the village area which was just what we wanted. The management team came out right away when we needed air in a bike tire and to show us how to use the fire pit. What service!! I felt like the best customer service. Highly recommend

"Location was excellent for our family. Only about 10 minute walk to the beach. House had a wagon, 4 beach chairs, toys for sand, cooler etc. We could walk to shops and restaurants easily, took the trolley to other end to eat and also used trolley to get to the pickle ball courts. The pool was a huge hit for our family too! We wish there were more beds….2 twins in 2 of the rooms would have been better for us so my adult boys and girls didn't have to share a double bed. We knew this going in, and we made it work, but other than that, we were really happy with everything!!

"Eight adults spent a great six days at this lovely home. Everything was as is listed for this property. We enjoyed being able to spread out when necessary and come back together when we wanted to spend time together.The management company was very responsive to just a few of our requests.The private pool and Lovely die outside dining area were certainly a plus. Close to lots of options for dining and shopping and an easy walk to the beach

"We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Soul. The backyard was lovely, with a large, heated, clean pool; grill and firepit, and a convenient side entry with a hose on the side where you could wash off after coming back from the beach. The beach is a short, nice walk away and the beach wagon was very helpful to pull the beach chairs/umbrellas in, plus a rolling cooler. The kitchen was well equipped except it would be really nice to have at least salt/pepper, and preferably just a few staples so one doesn't have to waste bigger containers of things like that. Also it poured rain one day, so a few games would've been nice. There were plenty of towels and beach towels! The house was clean, spacious and everything worked well. The management company checked on us, answered questions promptly, and sent someone right over when a drain was draining slowly. The house is so well located; close to the beach and many restaurant choices within walking distance. We were in town as part of a larger family reunion and they graciously allowed us to host a cookout for our extended family, which was much appreciated.

"This property is perfect for four couples looking to explore Siesta Key. The 4 bedrooms are all ample in space and the living room/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. The outdoor space is ideal as well with a large covered deck and in ground pool. Although the weather didn't permit for us to use much of the outdoor space (rainy weekend) we could tell that if the sun was shining we would have spent most of our time out there. The property is also within a short walking distance to everything; restaurants, bars, a market, ice cream, and the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

"Beautifully decorated, bright and airy. The house has the perfect combination of open family space and private. 11 mins to beach access #2, which is our fav. part of siesta key beach. The backyard was paradise, the only thing missing was my own personal waiter making me drinks! The neighborhood is wonderfully quant and quiet. "We had an amazing stay on Siesta Key and loved our home base, Siesta Soul. The house is very spacious and was perfect for the 7of us, ages 11months to 76. The house and pool are lovely and the house is located just steps from Siesta Village and a short walk from the beach. The management company was great and even had birthday cupcakes for my 70th awaiting our arrival! Siesta Soul was wonderful find!!

"If telling you this was our 2nd year in a row renting siesta soul for the week isn't enough then read on...... We are a family of 4. Our kids along with us love the heated , large, clean pool. The backyard is paradise that they kept in tip top shape. We used the pool EVERY DAY after our 3.4-4 hour day at the ocean/beach, WHICH is a short, nice walk to the beach. They had two beach wagons there which was perfect to pull the beach chairs/umbrellas in one and our 4 year old and beach items in other. Our 10 year old loved riding the kids bike to and from the beach and they had a bike lock available to use as well. There wasn't any sand building toys so we bought some and left them for the next families to enjoy. There wasn't any rafts or pool floats so we left ours that we brought.( big orange slice float , smaller Inner tube and a beach ball) they are well equipped in the kitchen ( besides a salt and pepper shaker) no biggie and have plenty of beach towels! The only thing I'd say that would of helped save laundry loads were to be add more bath towels and more washrags for bathing! Onto the immaculate inside of this house. It was incredible last October but THIS October it seemed even more immaculate. Smelled clean, felt much cleaner, and it was gorgeous like last year, the decor was spot on. I hope that someday we can come back but seems rates went up our of our price range which makes us incredibly sad and will have to look at a different destination next October 😔 thankyou for the amazing memories this year and last. Our newly 4 year old( bday in October) learned to swim the full length of your pool this year, our daughter lost a baby tooth on the way to the airport to leave and we enjoyed new , DELICIOUS restaurants this year that we wanted to try different from last year!!! So many restaurant choices within walking distance!!!
