"The property was enjoyed by our family of 21 for the week. Plenty of towels were available, along with glassware and dishes. They were able to provide a small crockpot. Skillets were all teflon. The walk to the beach was convenient, though we did rent a golf cart for our 6 small children and the beach chairs, toys, etc. The pool was fun in the afternoon, but be careful the slide ripped a couple bathing suits. The house had 2 sets of washer/dryer, but the wedid not use upstairs set. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for large gatherings.

"Beautiful home! Every bedroom is en-suite! Some rooms are bigger but there's no obvious masters suite. Wish the grill had been working during our stay, but otherwise it was a beautiful home. Host is super responsive and you will have a wonderful time if you stay here!

"This house was all we had anticipated and more. The house was clean, the kitchen had enough pots, pans, dishes and containers needed to prepare and eat our meals for 11 people. Big kitchen area, big table and spacious living area. Our littles had a shallow place to play in the pool. Hot tub was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Close to the beach.

"We highly recommend this beautiful home! It was so spacious with a great floor plan that provided plenty of room for everybody and privacy. Kitchen was perfect for a large family. The pool was priceless with the awesome slide and being partially shaded for the kids to enjoy all day long. Every bedroom was an en suite with its own bathroom. Washer and dryer available on main floor, as well as upstairs near the other bedrooms. Everything you could need for your stay was provided. Communication with management company was great. Loved the added personal touches of bakery cupcakes, waiting for us when we arrived! We would definitely encourage others to stay here!

"From the moment we entered the home everyone of our 19 loved this home. It had everything we needed and then some. Have never stayed in a home that was so well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely come back again! And Cottages on The Key was top notched! Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed within an hour. Best Mgt Co. I've dealt with in the 4 years we've been coming to Lido. You won't be disappointed with them. Awesome experience

"This house was absolutely PERFECT to celebrate our mother's 80 th Birthday. She's a very active 80 year old so the stairs were not an issue! We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location to the beach was perfect!! And we loved how clean the property was. It did not disappoint! Thank you!

"We rented Shore is Something for the Holidays for our extended family. We could not have been happier with our experience. The house was very clean and well stocked for large family meals. The pool was heated so that we could enjoy it, even on chilly days. The location was perfect for walking to St. Armands and only a block from the beach. There were beach chairs, and toys and umbrellas in the garage. Cottages by the Key Management were extremely responsive and helpful. They even brought us a propane tank on Christmas so that we could cook out. Highly recommend the company and the house!

"Team was extremely helpful to all of our needs. Response time was within minutes when we needed anything. Can't say enough about their help. We had to have a late checkout at the last minute because of our flight being delayed and the two grandchildren had to nap... They responded and gave us the extra time we needed. They also reached out with a phone call to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. Extremely helpful

"The Cottages on the Key "Shore is Something!!" This property lived up to the name!! Great kitchen for cooking and amazing views from the rooftop balcony. The house was spotless, and the pool area was perfect for the family to enjoy when we weren't at the beach (only a few blocks from the beach). I also can't say enough about the property management company. They were attentive, professional, and beyond hospitable. When we come back to Lido Key or anywhere in this area, we will be looking for a home managed by The Cottages on the Key. Thank you for a great experience!! All of the families loved it!!

"This place is amazing. It has everything you need from Beach towels to beach chairs. The heated pool and jacuzzi was our families go to. There is a very nice outdoor space for grilling with a tv for sports fans or children. The weather was a little cool and the pool doesn't get much sun when we were there in early January but that made the heated pool that much better.

"You know how an Airbnb house often looks cooler/bigger in the pictures than it does in real life? Well, NOT SO with this one! This place is a mansion! We loved our stay here! We were able to have all our family in one house, with plenty of privacy/separate rooms etc. The kids loved the *warm* pool + slide, and the adults the hot tub.😁 The elevator was just what we needed for my mother-in-law who was experiencing severe pain and was unable to go up stairs. Two washers and dryers for all the beach towels etc! Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Thank you for everything!
