Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including 1 master bedroom, Sea la Vie provides ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, all equipped with high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

To ensure a seamless start to your vacation, we provide a starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes. A starter pack of home essentials, such as dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes, is also included for your convenience.

Sea La Vie can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a bedding configuration as follows:

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). "We planned a trip with adults only before the holiday craziness. This was the perfect get away, close to amazing and entertainment. Great beach access and even thought it rained most of our trip the house offered a ton of things to do just hanging out there.

"This location was perfect - the outdoor space was amazing. We had great communication with the management company - check-in was online with a keypad on the door (which I love - never want to lose keys at the beach!). It was a short 1/2 block walk to the beach access. There was a wagon and chairs available to use. We had an issue with the TV in the living room and the management company had someone over within a few hours ended up replacing it within that same day. Excellent support! They provided basic amenities to get us started (Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Laundry soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, etc). It was very nice having a washer/dryer in the unit - plenty of beach towels, etc. The only constructive feedback I provided when checking out was that there were not enough beach chairs if the adjoining unit also went to the beach on the same day - there should be enough chairs to support the capacity of each unit. The kitchen was well stocked but to the point there was literally zero cabinet space for groceries. I suggested they do a clean out as there was an abundance of duplicate appliances and a few other things. Outside of that - absolutely amazing trip. We spent more time outside at the lovely pool and patio area than inside most days.

"This property was everything it said it was. Convenient, clean, beautiful location. We were celebrating a high school and college graduation and we had cupcakes waiting for us when we arrived. It was a great family vacation that we all enjoyed. Convenient to the beach community and to town. Could walk everywhere. The home had everything we needed for our stay.

"Our family rented Sea La Vie the last week in February. The Cottages on the Key goes above and beyond for it's guests - I HIGHLY recommend them! From personalized cupcakes waiting for us on the day of our arrival, to dropping off a bottle of wine during our stay they really make you feel at home! Jennifer was extremely helpful and informative prior to our stay and we received informative emails throughout our stay. We very much enjoyed our vacation and definitely plan to visit the area again and work with The Cottages on the Key

"What can I say...other than the Cottages made our first Airbnb experience so memorable! Sea La Vie had everything we needed for our family of 7. After a long day of travel, we got there at about 9:00pm only to walk into this beautifully decorated and charming vacation home. The Cottages had cupcakes waiting for us! It was simply so inviting. They had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, cookware, washer/dryer. Downstairs in the storage room, you'll find everything you need for the beach: beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, and bicycles! Take advantage of the bicycles. You can ride them to the village or even on the main road and feel completely safe. There are sidewalks everywhere. The village was only .3 miles away, an easy walk or bike ride. You can easily cook all of your meals or go to the village. The beach access was literally right across the street. The sand made it hard to pull the beach cart and cooler but we were still very thankful for them! There was also a beautiful pool on site. This is a 2 unit vacation home. We rarely saw our neighbors. I was worried at first because the pool and deck area are shared spaces, but it turned out to be no bother at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about coming back! Thank you!
