After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

"Our stay at the Salty Sister was amazing. Sitting on the screened in front porch watching the waves and the people was a highlight every morning. Being able to head over to swim or layout on the beach and not have to pack up but rather just head back to the house easily was perfection. And when we were tired of the waves, coming back and swimming in the pool allowed for simple relaxation. The house fit our family perfectly and we would definitely stay again. The hosts even had cupcakes and a congratulatory treat, card, and balloon on the table for our daughter because this trip was a celebratory trip for her graduation. The communication was steady and helpful, and getting in and checking out was super easy!If you like wave runners, we had a blast renting those and getting a few moments with a pod of dolphins hanging out with us! We thought that was the best, but then we also took a boat tour and the dolphins greeting us again with a fun time jumping and following the wake of our boat, even a baby one! Overall, this was such a wonderful trip and we couldn't have asked for more! Many thanks!

"Truly amazing 5 stars in every way. The place is so breathtaking and even better than the photos, if you can believe that! The place was immaculately clean and so comfortable. The beds are the best we have ever slept on. The location is amazing, steps from the ocean, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch hearing the waves. The pool was one of the many highlights of the trip, we spent many days enjoying the beautiful backyard. Grilling lounging and enjoying the tiki hut. Don't hesitate this place is one in a million. Amazing hosts !!

"Our first home at Anna Maria, this cottage was perfect in so many ways: the kids 8 and 6 lived the pool, didn't want to get out to walk across the street to the beach. But we insisted; then they didn't want to stop looking for shells and swimming. Pretty good food was one block walk down the beach. The cottage has clearly been renovated very recently, and it would seem with no expense spared. Really very tastefully done. Each bedroom has a modern bath ensuite. And common areas were comfortable with a distinct “beach cottage” feel.

"We enjoyed this perfectly appointed seaside cottage bungalow in every way! The integrity of this home's remodel to the feel of "ol' Florida" casualness and comfort is outstanding. It is so well decorated, adorable and classy! The views from the entire front home look straight out to the ocean beach and are remarkable! We rode the bikes in the mornings or shopped in the near-by boutiques (which were walkable). Then we headed straight out to the beach to bask in the beautiful warm sun on provided beach chairs and to gather shells... and boy, were there A LOT of shells! Late afternoons we went back to the cottage to relax in the saltwater pool. Then we walked to dinner or drove to a nearby restaurant. Every day was wonderful! Thank you, Salty Sister, for a very memorable lifetime-BFF's girlfriend's fall beach trip!!

"The Salty Sister was amazing! I'm always a little skeptical about vacation rentals…….but there was no need for this stay. Every single thing was perfect! I loved that the renovation that was done kept the old school charm of the home. It truly feels like a beach cottage. The house was immaculately clean. I've never stayed in a rental that has been that clean. The house was very well stocked. Plenty of kitchen items and the garage had beach chairs, beach wagon, and some awesome bikes to name a few. The pool area was great after a long day on the beach! Very well designed with plenty of seating. Hurricane Helene chased us out early but we hope to return at some point!

"The location of this home could not be more perfect! Literally right across from a beautiful stretch of beach, and also within easy walking distance of dining and shops on Pine St. This home was recently remodeled top to bottom, and you can tell that a lot of attention was paid to every detail. Their is definitely enough room for a large family, but still has a cozy cottage feel. One of my favorite activities was lounging on the screened porch, especially on nights with a good sunset. We will definitely return to this beautiful home!

"Great location within walking distance to the main area of Pine Ave, right around the corner from our favorite breakfast spots. Home is decorated perfectly to make you feel comfortable and view are spectacular. Sitting on the porch drinking coffee, reading and listening to the waves is the perfect way to start the day!
