The upstairs bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase; please contact us if stairs are an issue. "Overall, it was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and village. House was clean and welcoming, pool was great. Few minor things: The place was smaller than expected, not enough sofa seating for 4 guests and the bathroom sinks were clogged. Otherwise, a perfect trip and would stay again!

"They were so accommodating! If we reached out they were so quick to respond & were very helpful! The place was clean & had plenty of towels, soap, laundry soap, & anything we needed! The walk to the beach was even closer than I thought & it was extremely easy to access!

"Very nice place. Good location but a walk to the ocean. Only because Siesta Key beach is so wide. Pool and pool area were nice but shared with the other unit which is larger and on the pool. Beach was beautiful. Place was perfect for two people. Maybe with two small kids. Close enough to walk to village for most people. 15 minutes. Parking in village is expensive. Good food options.

"We enjoyed our stay here! The place was perfect for us and having 2 bathrooms is also super nice!! We walked everywhere and it's so close to the beach. "This was the perfect tiny house with character. The location couldn't be better; a block to the beach and a short walk to the village and all it offers. Very clean, and well equipped. The heated pool was a big plus and great way to unwind. Can't say enough good about the communication from this rental company. Every time I sent them an email, they were right on it within minutes with a response. We will be back!

"We stayed here over the weekend and it was awesome. My wife and I were on our anniversary trip. Great property with great amenities. Short walk to the beach which was nice. All the beach gear they had there was a bonus. Siesta Village was nice as well. It was a great time. Very responsive host. Made it easy to put everything on do not disturb and have a great time!

"This is a perfect house for three people. I didn't know there was a second house connected behind us. The neighbors were weird and anytime we went to the pool we felt like a burden because they would just get out and not speak. Customers service is on point. Easy walk to the beach! Would stay again just would rent the second home behind us

"Incredible location, just a five minute walk to the beach. Cottages staff were quick to respond to any concerns, as well as always being congenial. Although the house is small, it is perfect for two people. All appliances are new and the kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs. The pool is lovely.
