"We had an amazing stay! The home was perfectly located just one block from St Armands Circle making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We were greeted with delicious cupcakes in the refrigerator waiting for us after our long drive in. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool after long hot days. Highly recommend!

"The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Short walk to shops and restaurants. The outdoor pool was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.

"Fantastic property. The only small complaint is that the back bedroom gets really warm in the afternoon, evening and into the night. The rest of the house stays nice and cool.

"Such a fantastic property. Great location, wonderful amenities, and well maintained. We walked to the beach for sunsets and walked to all of the great shops and boutiques daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the welcome gift of cupcakes and beverages. The management team obviously cares about the details and it shows. "We had a great stay here! The house is very private with the walled courtyard pool and seating area. Our daughter loved spending time in the pool and we all appreciated the extensive collection of books, including plenty of kids books. The home layout is airy, modern and open yet each of the guest bedrooms provide ample privacy. We had a couple minor issues the maintenance team was quick to resolve. Text communication with the rental company was so easy and great. The best part of this property is the location - 5 minute walk to excellent restaurants on St. Armand's Circle, 10-15 min walk to Lido Beach (we went multiple times a day), and a quick drive over the bridge to downtown Sarasota. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

"Great place. Staff was wonderful, extremely responsive and helped us with the very few questions we had. Walking distance to everything St. Armand's has to offer, a 15 minute walk to the beach... Yet still a very private, quiet space to relax. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of lounging areas for conversation or just reading your favorite book inside and out. Absolutely lovely place. Our new go-to stay in Sarasota!

"We're currently staying at Luxe Oasis with The Cottages on the Key and it's been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Grace has been an outstanding host—extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we've needed, and the entire staff has been incredibly accommodating. The home was spotless upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful—quiet, well-kept, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stands out, from the plush, comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and gear provided. The level of service and overall quality of the rental truly goes above and beyond. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely stay here again.

"We had an excellent stay at this home in St Armand's. We had 7 adults with us and the home had plenty of room to socialize while still giving us space for privacy. The home was spotless and well designed for a group stay. The location couldn't have been better with dozens of delicious restaurants without a 5-8 minute walk. The weather didn't cooperate for us to utilize the pool, but we loved the outdoor space for reading and morning coffee. The team at cottages on the key was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. They left us a personalized note and welcome gift at arrival which was such a nice touch. Check-in and check out were both seamless and the house was well-stocked for anyone's vacation home needs. I definitely recommend this home and strongly recommend booking with cottages on the key. We would love to come back!
