"Place was in a good location. Halfway to walk to beach and halfway for a short walk to the town and restaurants. 17 of us on the trip which was a pretty sizeable group and mostly 20 something young professionals with a couple 18-year-olds. House is laid out nice the extra fridge in the garage is key and the ice maker. Place was well kept look fairly new or remolded. Easy check in and host was attentive to any needs. The one dishwasher did not work and came to fix it but never got the part. We managed fine with just one dishwasher.

"This house was perfect for our group. It is close to both the beach and the village which makes it convenient and we didn't have to rent a car - which was a bonus. The house and kitchen were well equipped with everything that we needed - we felt right at home! "It was a perfect set up. We had 5 generations of our family there 10 months to 95 years old. The elevator was great for my mother of 95 to go from floor to floor. The pool and hot tub was also wonderful for children and parents. The wagon and beach chairs in garage were very much appreciated. We had everything we could possibly need with amenities. Once we arrived we never had to drive anywhere. Everything was in walking distance groceries, restaurants, shops, coffee, and ice cream!

"We stayed here over Christmas with a big group and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to an amazing beach and also within easy walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The house layout worked perfectly for everyone, with plenty of space to spread out while still being able to gather together. The outdoor area was the real highlight, especially the hot tub/pool setup with two TVs visible from the water. We spent several evenings relaxing out there. The management company was also great to work with—very responsive whenever we had questions. They provided A service. The elevator was a huge help for older folks who had trouble with stairs. Would definitely recommend this property.

"We had 6 adults and 5 kids that stayed at the house and there was plenty of room! The house looks just like the pictures online and is such an easy walk to the beach! I looked at all the big houses around the area and am so glad we chose this one. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed in and was perfect for cooking dinners for everyone. The big upstairs living room was a huge plus for all the kids to hang out in. The backyard was really nice too but the only downside was all the mosquitoes. We even bought candles and they didn't seem to help. But overall we loved the house and would definitely stay here again!!

"Our stay at Luxe Lagoon with Cottages on the Key was absolute perfection. From beginning to end. The house is absolutely beautiful, so clean, spacious and modern. We had plenty of space for multiple families. We had everything we needed, from beach and pool supplies, to added toiletries, to linens and towels. The hosts were very quick to respond and so easy to deal with. They even provided a lovely snack for our arrival which was such a nice touch! We already want to re-book! Don't hesitate, this is THE house!

"The house was very clean when we arrived. Highlights of the house were the seven bedrooms all with bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Hard to beat wolf and sub zero along with two dishwashers. Having two washers and dryers would be great for larger groups. My family enjoyed the huge outdoor area (pool, ping pong, two tvs, Webber gas grill, various games). The location was also a plus. It was five minutes to the beach, Included are beach chairs, a beach caddy to haul the stuff, umbrellas, etc. It was also a five minute walk to Siesta Key Village which includes restaurants, bars, and shopping. Plenty of parking. This is a biggie on Siesta Key. We kept are newest car in the garage. We do family vacations at least once a year. Overall, my family rated this place as the best we've stayed at.

"This house was excellent!! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
