The kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and style. The primary suite is a serene sanctuary, featuring a king bed, a cozy sitting area, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath with dual closets. Step onto the screened balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The second bedroom offers a king bed, an en suite bath, and direct balcony access, where you can greet the sunrise with a smile. The ground floor serves as a complete second living space—ideal for larger groups or families craving extra room. It has a second Living Room, a cozy seating area for movie nights, and includes a second kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a movable island. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed with a trundle, while the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, both sharing a bathroom with a spacious zero-entry walk-in shower.

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. "This was one of the best rentals that we have ever rented. The house was cozy and comfortable and would definitely rent again. It was comfortable and roomy enough for our family of 9. It was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect or need. The location was my favorite thing right by the beach and convenient for running back for lunch. Beach equipment was plenty with lots of chairs toys for the kids and umbrellas. The kitchen was well equipped but could have had more silverware. The bunk room for the kids was perfect with lots of games to play. Contacting the host was easy and always got a quick friendly response. The pool was nice for the kids after a long day at the beach and night swimming. Pool towels were plenty and convenient right by the pool door. Nice front porch with Adirondack chairs which we used daily for morning coffee and relaxing watching the goings on of the street.

"We were a family of 10 and had a great stay! The beds are extremely comfortable Beach access (you can walk there) 2 kitchens Well stocked upstairs kitchen Close to restaurants and trolley stops Great hosts, they sent someone right away when we were having trouble with some lights Well decorated, felt homey I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with a large party!

"Location, location, location! This is it! Though not directly on the beach it is super close with a cute view from the front deck. The access to the beach is right there and many restaurants are walkable, including Pine Ave. The house was well suited for our needs. We had 4 adults & 5 children. They absolutely loved the pool and spa, which was well heated and felt amazing. It is covered so it was a nice break from that southern FL sun . The kids enjoyed the basketball goal(bring own ball) and ping pong table; had games, lots of beach chairs, and plenty of towels, even a mini hoop to shoot on in the kids room. It is not a fancy house but comfortable and cozy which is good for having kids around. Our kids are 13, 13, 9, 8, and 3 so the set up worked well as the girls took the lower level with their own bedrooms, one bathroom to share, and a kitchen and living space (they didn't use but older kids might). The kids room upstairs had 4 bunks which was perfect for the boys. There was a shared deck off the masters and one off the main kitchen/living area, which is where you could get a little view of that beautiful ocean! The front deck had great afternoon sun while the deck off the master bedrooms provided a break from the sun. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out so didn't cook any large meals. Overall, for the price, you cannot get a better location. The pics are accurate for what to expect. God bless you. Jesus loves you. Enjoy!

"We had a group of 10 this Spring Break and we had plenty of room for everyone. We were just steps away from the beach, which was fantastic especially having younger teens with us. "This house was amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen as well equipped and furniture was comfy. The walk to the beach was perfect. It was too windy tobdeepnsea fish, but we were still able to fish at the beach early in the morning and later in the day. We would definitely come again.
