"Beautiful, spacious, comfortable new beach home very close to Sarasota airport and Lido Key public beach. This beach is extremely busy so keep that in mind. We ended up driving to other beaches to avoid the crowds. We spent a lot of time at the pool with a covered porch, comfortable furniture and grill. Very well designed. The slide is super fun! A new blower was needed for the spa. It took several days to get spa working but the property worked with us to make it right. The home includes a cool game room, beach toys, tons of books Although we prefer rental within walking distance to beach, this beach was more crowded than expected so drove to other beaches to avoid the crowd. Half mile walk/drive to Armand Circle for restaurants. Elevator was a huge plus for our group.Suggestions to make it even better would be to add a drink fridge, icemaker and hooks for clothes and towels.

"House was not like brand new.... it was actually brand new. Construction completed less than 6 months ago. A few minor punch list things needed to be fixed (like any new house) but nothing that took away from our family vacation. Game room, pool area, and well stocked kitchen were all 5 stars. "Take a book" rack was also a nice touch that I have never seen in a rental home before. Hosts were very responsive to all requests. Thanks for the welcome cupcakes... our family will back for a future stay!!
