This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. This home has stairs. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. "This was an excellent property that met all of our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly what we were hoping for, and we would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.There were just a couple of areas that could use some attention. The spa heat pump was not working during the beginning of our stay, we appreciated that a crew came out quickly to address the issue. It would have been helpful to have the pool cleaned at least once or twice while we were there. By the end of our stay, the water had become quite murky and there was a fair amount of deadbug/debris in the pool.The mosquitoes were also extremely bad, particularly around the outdoor kitchen and pool areas. We ended up purchasing quite a bit of bug spray and several outdoor foggers just to be able to comfortably enjoy the space. Given how much of the appeal of this property is the beautiful outdoor area and pool, we would strongly recommend that the owners consider having a professional mosquito-control company regularly treat the property.Aside from those issues, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. With a little more attention to the pool and mosquito control, it would be an even better experience.

"We had an amazing stay in lido key. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy the lido/sarasota area this is the perfect place! The beach and st. Armand’s circle are a quick walk and the backyard area makes you feel like you’re at a resort. My family and I had the best week and would 100% book again.

"This property was superb! The grounds are immaculate as well as the cleanliness of the home. It's very spacious for a family to vacation for sure. The area is wonderful- so much to do all within walking or biking distance. Beaches are walking distance from the house as well as St Armands Circle! Having bikes on the property was fantastic- that was a plus! Management was very helpful with any questions you might have. House and location are spectacular. A must stay for sure ! Can't wait to come back !
