"Latitude Adjustment had everything we could have asked for in a vacation home. The communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. We were amazed at the beauty and uniqueness of this home. Cleanliness was top notch. There was plenty of room for all and plenty to keep everyone entertained…the pool, fishing off the dock (boys obtained their fishing licenses), walk to the beautiful Siesta Key beach and walk to the adorable town for dinner and shopping. We also booked a fishing charter and were able to bring the catch of the day to a local restaurant to cook for us. We have stayed in many vacation homes and we all agreed that this was the best so far. Thank you to The Cottage’s on the Key. We hope to return in the near future.

"The location in Siesta Key couldn't have been better—close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful escape. One of our favorite touches was the bikes that were included. They made getting around so easy and added such a fun, carefree element to the whole experience. The pool was a highlight of the trip, perfect for relaxing after a day out and always clean and inviting. Overall, this stay made for such a memorable trip. Between the cleanliness, amenities, and unbeatable location, I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

"This is a fantastic house in the perfect location. Easy quick walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was a nice addition after a long day at the beach. We also loved taking the kayaks for a ride around the canal! Great property management and they had quick responses to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

"The house was great for a family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for cooking. (We didnt cook in much because I'm on vacation. Lol)The walk to the beach was short and the wagon and beach supplies were above and beyond. The house is so clean! I wiped up a spill on the kitchen floor and got zero dirt. My daughter is a clean freak and commented on how clean it is. The pool was perfect between the beach. We will be back.

"Our family absolutely loved Siesta Key! The location of this house is fantastic, minutes from the beach and also the Village! The wagon made the beach walk much easier as well. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom not having a bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely be back!

"House was very clean when we arrived. The place is spacious and no one felt like they were on top of each other. For reference, we had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 in the house. For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location). Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.

"We had a great stay at Latitude Adjustment. Everything was very clean. Pool was fun for the kids. We enjoyed the bikes as well. The house was only a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and 10 minute walk to town. Cottages on the Key customer service is outstanding. They texted back very quickly and addressed any issues we had quickly. We would definitely stay again.

"Considering our stay was just after Hurricane Milton, the property appeared seemingly untouched. We were there to celebrate my Mom's 92nd birthday, considering some of her physical challenges, the accommodations were perfect for her. The interior decor has an eclectic vibe that is so fun and inviting. I have a self diagnosed phobia about bathrooms. I can't stress enough how CLEAN EVERYTHING was. NO shower or tub mold. The entire unit was PRISTINE. Location is about a 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Quiet area, easy access to local restaurants and stores. The 24 hr availability to customers service was quite convenient. The property management team is so friendly and customer centric. Should you select this property you've choosen wisely. The ONLY downside to our stay is that we had to leave this bubble of paradise and return to the realities of day to day.

"Our family of 10 had a great time in Siesta Key. The beach was beautiful and so close. You could literally walk everywhere. It was a bit strange having a decorative hole in the master bedroom wall. The service was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool. The accessories for the beach sure came in handy. We really enjoyed it. Overall a great place to stay.

"Family age 8-68 stayed at the property. Easy 1 block walk to beach access. The village with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk too. We ended up renting a golf cart for fun but could have done without that and just walked. I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! Loved having chairs and a cooler. We also used the bikes and kayaks. Everything we could have hoped for.

"Loved staying at Latitude Adjustment! 1 Block walk to the beach, on a canal, big house (4 bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower) with lots of kitchen space and common area space and a nice sized pool with an outdoor area including gas grill and large table. The Cottages on the Key houses always have the amenities you don't think about until you arrive. Beach towels, beach cart, floats, pool toys, beach toys, beach buckets, beach umbrella stands. Our crew of 7 had a very fun week in the fun and sun of Siesta Key!
