"We had a great time here. The house was close to the beach and they provided chairs and a wagon which made going to the beach super enjoyable. The house was clean with good space on the outside lanai and patio for hanging out when it was too hot. Owners were kind and easy to communicate with--a great stay! online presentation was accurate to our experience.

"Close to everything, great location! Easily walk to beach and easily walk to everything in village. Very clean and up to date. You can easily hear the people above walking around but never heard anyone talking. Overall it’s a great value!

"Nice place in Siesta Key. Location was very good. Quick walk to the beautiful beach and Siesta Village restaurants, bars, shops. We stayed in Lantana located street side on the ground floor. We enjoyed the private screened in area for sitting and leaving sandy shoes. The apartment is perfect for a family of 5-6 but accommodates up to 8 if needed. Two bedrooms, one with king bed and the second with queen and bunk beds. Spacious closets in both rooms. Two bathrooms (shower, no tub), laundry, well appointed kitchen with counter seating and small table. Living room seats 5 comfortably. Very clean! Not big but plenty of space for our needs. There are 4 units sharing amenities including the pool, outdoor tables, chairs, grill and beach gear (chairs and carts). We could hear footsteps in the unit above us but it was barely noticeable. Plenty of towels and welcome kits provided with soaps, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods. We enjoyed the pool and meeting nice people from the other units.

"Great stay. Super close distance to beach and town with shops and restaurants. We really appreciated having access to all the beach necessities that you would need. Very clean and comfy. Having laundry was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

"We had such a wonderful time at The Cottages on the Key! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved that it was walking distance to everywhere from Siesta beach to main strip. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

"Perfect condo. Perfect location. Everything was very thoughtful. When we arrived we didn't realize the AC unit wasn't working until they called us to let us know a technician would be there in an hour to fix it. He fixed it in a jiffy and we had no other issues. We were so appreciative that they were so efficient in dealing with the situation (that we weren't even aware of!). Highly recommend this place!

"Awesome stay! This house has been updated from the pictures online from Hurricane Milton damage and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside. New white flooring, furnishings, appliances, a new beautiful white kitchen island, pull out couch. (I wish I could attach the updated Pics) Beds and couch were comfortable! Everything was gorgeous and clean. They had cute customized supplies -shampoo/conditioner/Soap/etc. The location is walking distance from both downtown (2 blocks) and the beach (3-4 blocks). Quiet neighborhood. The pool is shared with 4 units and bit small -but everyone was respectful of the space and sharing. Beach chairs/wagons and coolers were onsite. The host responded quickly and kind. My only negative would be that the walls are really thin so you can hear the upstairs unit walking/creaking a lot -but a sound machine helped with that. Would absolutely recommend.

"Great location & house for 2 couples! Everything was nicely updated. Comfortable bed. Chairs, beach towel, umbrella & wagon available to take to beach. Quick walk to beach and all the restaurants. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again. Only downfall was the individuals renting above us were very heavy footed & the guest renting the back portion would stay up late talking and you could hear everything when in the back bedroom. I bought a sound machine and it helped when trying to go to sleep. My husband isn't a light sleeper and had no problem. Otherwise no issues, would stay again!
