Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi throughout. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. If any guest has difficulty with stairs, please contact us for alternative accommodations. Please note, a privately owned boat is stored at the dock and is not available for guest use. Exterior security cameras are present. A security camera monitors the dock area solely for the safety and security of the boat and associated equipment. There is a camera located at the front door. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"The property was wonderful, so spacious for 8 adults. The house had everything you could think of, including 6 bicycles which the ‘kids’ used regularly to go into Siesta Village or to the beach, although both were in walking distance. We had a few very minor issues which were fixed within hours. The beds were so comfortable… the one room with connecting beds, the beds were a little narrow for adults, but the boys made do!!Would definitely recommend to anyone considering Siesta Key.

"We have just spent a lovely week in Siesta Keys.
The Villa was fantastic and location perfect to walk to the village with lots of bars and restaurants or the beautiful beach.
The accommodation was exactly or if not better than expected and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to others.

"This is a beautiful house and the cleanest rental home I've ever rented. The location was very close to a beach access and a moderate walk to town. It's in wonderful spot and the outdoor landscaping was really pretty and tropical. I was not sure I would like the fact that the pool is not inside a lanai, but the pool was amazing and the screened in back porch was a comfy place to sit and look at the pool both day and night. The property management company was terrific and had excellent staff that took care of all our requests really fast. It feels like a resort - not a typical vrbo.

"A great week at the beach with our adult children. Loved riding bikes around the neighborhood and to the village. Brought our boat for sunset cruising and night fishing. Found amazing homemade popsicles at the little grocery store. Loved the honeysuckle smell out by the pool.

"My family and I stayed at the house for a week. The house was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked (kitchen, beach & pool supplies, bikes, kayaks, etc.). The location was perfect (close the beach and to village). We highly recommend this house!!

"We had a great time at Isla Amor. The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. Great location, lovely quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and to the Village. Was with Family 8 adults and 2 4yr olds and 2 toddlers. I rented cribs for the little ones. That worked out perfect. The kids had a blast. Loved the pool. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs and a wagon. I left behind 2 baby gates. They helped with keeping the little ones off the stairs. There also is a pack and play available if needed. We highly recommend this property. We were so sad leaving. Was first time in Siesta Key but not our last.

"Have been renting the same house in Sanibel Island for 27 years. Hurricane Ian made us look for something new. Siesta Key had a lot to live up to, but it did. Isla Amor is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. It lived up to it's billing.
