We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.

"Very nice property and the Cottages were very responsive to any issues reported. The house and casita were very clean and well appointed. There was one continuing problem that was out of their control. We had issues with the skimmer and pump for the pool. The pump was not operating properly so debris was not pushed to the skimmer and the water level was low. The contracted pool cleaning service said there was no problem and the pool was immaculate after their cleaning. The Cottages were responsive and sent a maintenance person to come over and clean and service the pool. He vaacumed, added water, and bled the air out of the pump allowing the pump to work properly. The water coming out of the nozzles on the side of the pool at least doubled or trippled in force. Great work! The following week the pool cleaner serviced the pool in the morning and by the afternoon the pump was not working properly again and small bugs were all over the surface of the pool. It appeared that the bugs and debris came back out of the skimmer. I am not sure if there is a pump or filter problem or some user error from the pool cleaner but I believe it needs to be checked out so you don't miss any days in the pool like we did.

"The customer service is amazing! I rent a house every year and this one has it all. We loved it! The owners and management company have thought through everything you could possibly need. I came prepared and left with most of my own cleaning supplies and toiletries untouched. I spent more time at the house than the beach just because it was perfect and everything I wanted for a fabulous vacation. Of course, my 17 yo son and his friend enjoyed the casita in between hanging out with their friends on the beach. It gave them privacy and gave me more peace than I've ever had on spring break. I can't say enough about this amazing home, location, etc. and the people behind it. Thank you! You made a 32 hour round trip (me as the only driver) worth it.

"THE HOME: We loved everything about this home—the location, the layout, and all the thoughtful extras. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including grill tools and bartending supplies. Bathrooms are well-supplied with towels. Every bedroom has a TV. The internet is FAST. The outdoor space is perfect with plenty of comfortable seating around the pool, a fun propane fire table for evenings, and a great Weber grill with two propane tanks available. For the beach, you'll find 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a wagon, and more. THE HOST: One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Every interaction was kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. The host never made me feel like a bother, quickly handled every need, and went above and beyond to assist. I could not find an ironing board in the house so they bought one and had it to me within the hour of the request! I could tell many more stories like this. Fantastic service! CONCLUSION: I wholeheartedly recommend!

"The house is beautiful and very clean. Communication with property manager was easy and helpful. The patio/pool area is great. There were enough supplies provided that you only have to add your food and drinks and you're good to go. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.
