Each booking includes our CottageClean™ program, featuring a 6‑hour deep clean and 35‑point inspection so you arrive feeling confident, cared for, and ready to relax.

Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free high‑speed WiFi included. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. City of Sarasota Registration Number: VR24‑00062. Due to City code, property can only be rented once during any seven‑day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. We happily welcome 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"Our family of seven spent a week at Five Palms home. Accommodations were exactly as described. The house is clean and well kept. Each room is on suite except the kids room with the bunk bed. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool which was our favorite part of the vacation. The pool is beautiful, great for laps, floating around and relaxing. There’s also a pool side bathroom. The beach is very close and a short walk for exercise or to watch the sunset each evening. The house is adjacent to Saint Armand’s Circle so we were able to walk everywhere for coffee, lunch, or dinner. The host responded quickly to any questions and were friendly and helpful. It was definitely the best family vacation ever!

"The house was perfect. We were nine senior citizens celebrating a birthday and it was just perfect for us. You're able to walk to the square to great restaurants great shops even take great walks to Lido Beach. The management company was over and above. We had told him we were celebrating a birthday amongst us and they left us birthday cupcakes in the refrigerator upon our arrival and a birthday bottle of wine for the birthday boy. We had one issue with a smoke detector. They were there the very first thing the next morning to get it fixed. It was a wonderful experience .

"The Cottage on the Keys was amazing!! The property was perfect. It's 1 block from restaurants and shops and 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless, everything was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and so peaceful. Given the proximity to town it was so quiet you wouldn't know it was so close. We will definitely be back

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The walk to the beach was super easy and we really appreciated having a wagon and beach chairs to use. The house is super close to St.Armand circle which was nice for everyone but particularly the teenagers. Great house and great area for a vacation.

"5 Palms was ideal for out stay. The location was great— 1 block to restaurants & shops & a short walk to the beach. It was quiet & private with loads of room to gather or find personal space to relax outside. The house was very clean & comfortable. There was an abundance of towels along with other linens. The cupcakes were yummy & the flowers remained fresh until the end of our stay. The rental staff was very friendly, helpful & responsive. The reception for renters was a nice touch & we enjoyed meeting other visitors.

"This house is conveniently located on St. Armands circle and walkable to the beach. The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful. Great furnishings, comfortable beds, nice linens. The living room space is small considering the number of bedrooms is has. However, that wasnt important to us because we weren't there for sitting around and watching TV. My only complaint is that as of right now (Feb 2025) there is a constant loud generator running right outside the property. We suspect this has something to do with the hurricane. When the doors and windows are closed you cannot hear the sounds - but it prevented us from having the windows open at night and prevented us from using the outdoor social areas. I am sure this will not be a forever thing, and is beyond the control of the rental company. Nevertheless, it did take away a small amount of enjoyment as the pool, fire pit area and the hammock were much less enjoyable.
