This home is fully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. You'll find regular and Keurig coffee makers, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and all the kitchen essentials you need for preparing home cooked meals.

"We stayed here over Spring Break with the family. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a perfect size. The remodeled bathrooms were so nice, and having three full baths was a plus with teenagers. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

"The house was super clean and well appointed. We ended up having 9 adult women celebrating 50th birthdays. We were very comfortable. The pool in the back yard made our vacation even better. The house was laid out very well and perfect for our five day stay. The beach was a few blocks walk. You could also call Johnnys Free Ride and they will drive you for free and only take tips. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown siesta key which was fun for live music and good food. Theee of the four bikes were functional and we took them down to turtle beach. The roads are bike friendly. Overall this house was perfect and if I come back to siesta key would not hesitate to stay here again.

"This is an amazing property! Very clean and updated. The location is ideal! We loved that we could walk to the beautiful beach in just a couple of minutes and it was just a short walk to some great restaurants. The tropical backyard was so pretty with a nice-sized heated pool. We really liked the layout with 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 2 more bedrooms on the other side. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had an amazing week. Can't wait to come back!

"Overall, our week long stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful and full of memories. The greeting of cupcakes and Key Lime Pie with a personal note was a nice touch. The bedrooms and baths were fully equipped. And there were extra towels in the hallway closets if needed. There were plenty of beach towels for our crowd, pool noodles, balls, etc. to keep everyone busy and loving hanging out in the backyard pool that had an awesome garden surrounding it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Most bicycles were in good condition and all 4 were used daily. Maintenance arrived same day issue was called in (ants and a running toilet). They supplied a great number of books for those that love to read. Grill looked like it was in great condition although we didn't use it. Nearby beach is great for shelling and fishing. Short ride to larger beach down the road. All in all a very successful week!

"Our family truly loved it here! The rooms were great. We had a party of 10 and it was just the right size. The 12 and 13 year old just LOVED the pool! We loved having our own beautiful pool and back yard. And the walk to the beach was very , very short. It was such an easy walk. And we loved taking the shuttle to The Village. We hope to come back!

"The check in process was so easy! They had everything you could think of, lots of towels, a shed full of water floaties, bikes, the backyard was absolutely beautiful, the landscaping, the pool, outdoor shower! "House was perfect for the 5 of us. House is well stocked with kitchen items, beach items, pool toys, bikes, beach towels, regular towels, and more. Very private. Quick walk to the beach. Quick bike ride to South Siesta Key Village. Couple items to note - no garbage disposal, kitchen is tight, air conditioner/furnace room is loud.

"We stayed at the Crescent Cottage a 2 min walk from the South end of the Siesta Key beach. It was amazing. Clean, Spacious, all the amenities advertised plus so thoughtful touches like endless beach towels which came in handy for our young family. It was a perfect vacation for us.

"We had a great stay at this house over Thanksgiving break with 8 of us in the house! The things that were most important to us were met and exceeded. You are close to beach access and it is a lovely walk through the neighborhood to get there! Beautiful entrance to the beach! We wondered if there would be beach towels and there were plenty! Everything you want to go to the beach is in the shed! The pool was fantastic and the kids swam in it everyday! The house is so comfortable and roomy. It is well supplied. The customer service was fantastic. We got a thanksgiving key lime pie and enjoyed it very much! The beds were very comfortable but the queen bed in the front section of the two bedrooms needs to be looked at. It makes a lot of noise when you move on it or get up. We loved Siesta Key. We have always gone to St Pete Beach in the past but definitely this is a great neighborhood area that we stayed in. Grocery store, restaurants and bars are just down the street. We used the taxi service to go to downtown Siesta Key and it worked out great! We rented a boat and went kayaking. Both adventures were great. There was no red tide while we were there and while boating we came across a group of dolphins that played forever! It was fantastic family trip! Thanks for giving us a great place to stay!

"Unfortunately our first trip to siesta key was marred by the red tide. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well located to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also just a short drive to siesta key village. We were unable to use the beach even though they claimed to be open Thankfully the pool at the house and the wonderfully landscaped back yard made up for the beach problem and we had a great time. The cottage is spacious and well stocked. Management is helpful and responsive. We hope to return when the red tide is gone.

Amazing Family Vacation

"We had three generations at the cottage and had a wonderful stay. The cottage had so many special touches. When we arrived, there was music playing, it smelled wonderful and there were even gourmet cupcakes for us! The pool in the backyard was a big hit with the kids and the beach was just a short walk away. The pool and beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc. provided were so appreciated. Night swims were a blast with the pool light. We also utilized the grill and made smoothies with the amazing blender provided. Plenty of space for all of us with updated bathrooms. It was our first time to Siesta Key and great memories were made by all.

Clean Clean Clean!

"My family and I stayed here for 2017 Labor Day weekend and we had a great time. Anything you could want is available. The pool was great, we didn't use the heater because it was already hot enough out. The house was comfortable and clean. We were a party of 10 and we were all comfortable. Only two negative things but they were not a big deal to us: The light on the pool did not work so we didn't get in it at night time and out of the 4 bicycles only 3 were functional because the 4th one the pedals were corroded. I highly recommend this cottage.

"Home was very clean and nicely decorated. The management company was very responsive when the dishwasher acted up. They had a tech there in short order to fix it. The pool was clean and seemed well maintenanced. Had to skim it a lot as long needles from the pine trees in the yard behind us blew into the pool. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but had no garbage disposer. We were cooking for eight people and every dish, pot and utensil had to be scraped almost to the shine. Maybe take back one of the five televisions and get a disposer? Beach was a five minute walk and everything you needed was in the shed out back. Pool toys too! Four bicycles in the shed- nice touch. House lay out was a little awkward because the kitchen was also the only way to get from the back part to the front of the house. Overall our stay was nice and we had a lot of fun.
