The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. All bedrooms are located on the first floor for easy access—no stairs required. A starter pack of kitchen and toiletry essentials is provided for your first couple of days. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"This house was the perfect place to stay. It was sparkling clean, the perfect location to a whole assortment of things, and a 2 min walk from the beach. They provide quick and friendly responses. They even went out of their way to write a sweet congrats card, have celebratory cupcakes, and a bottle of wine when I told them I was on my Bach trip! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing or fun place!

"We had a wonderful time. The only issue was that the pool filter was broken most of our stay so there was a lot of accumulated sediment, and we didnt know until almost the last day. But honestly, thats such a small thing. It was lovely and wonderful and we will definitely be back.

"We had 3 separate multi generational families staying for a week and we all felt like we had our “own space”. The pool and back yard felt private and the entire place was spotless and well stocked. The beach was just a quick walk and it was conveniently located to other amenities. The host was friendly and quickly responsive with any questions. "Pleasantly surprised by this place! We usually stay right on the beach but could not find a place to fit our large family. This was really a short walk away and doable even with little kids. The beach wagon defiantly helped. The house was very comfortable, well stocked, beautiful private backyard with a large pool. Location was also very convenient. Recommend!

"Loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach. Many nice shells really early in the morning. My sisters and I enjoyed the four bedrooms and three baths. The managers (helping with bag drop offs and early check in) and service people (picking up trash from bins outside, cleaning inside) were very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to the restaurants/bars and live music. Centrally located to other beaches and areas we wanted to explore. I couldn't think of any other items they could place in this cottage as it was very well stocked. The “Five Sisters on the Loose” had a great time for our first vacation together.

"The house was perfect for my family to relax in for a week. The pool was used every single day. My family truly enjoyed the backyard oasis and never wanted to leave. The beach is about 5 minute walk. Most of my family preferred to stay at the house and use the large swimming pool. We were all very happy with the host and how great the house was for us. Also, thank you for the lovely cupcakes. That was a nice touch.

"We stayed here over Spring Break with the family. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a perfect size. The remodeled bathrooms were so nice, and having three full baths was a plus with teenagers. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

"The house was super clean and well appointed. We ended up having 9 adult women celebrating 50th birthdays. We were very comfortable. The pool in the back yard made our vacation even better. The house was laid out very well and perfect for our five day stay. The beach was a few blocks walk. You could also call Johnnys Free Ride and they will drive you for free and only take tips. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown siesta key which was fun for live music and good food. Theee of the four bikes were functional and we took them down to turtle beach. The roads are bike friendly. Overall this house was perfect and if I come back to siesta key would not hesitate to stay here again.

"This is an amazing property! Very clean and updated. The location is ideal! We loved that we could walk to the beautiful beach in just a couple of minutes and it was just a short walk to some great restaurants. The tropical backyard was so pretty with a nice-sized heated pool. We really liked the layout with 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 2 more bedrooms on the other side. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had an amazing week. Can't wait to come back!

"Overall, our week long stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful and full of memories. The greeting of cupcakes and Key Lime Pie with a personal note was a nice touch. The bedrooms and baths were fully equipped. And there were extra towels in the hallway closets if needed. There were plenty of beach towels for our crowd, pool noodles, balls, etc. to keep everyone busy and loving hanging out in the backyard pool that had an awesome garden surrounding it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Most bicycles were in good condition and all 4 were used daily. Maintenance arrived same day issue was called in (ants and a running toilet). They supplied a great number of books for those that love to read. Grill looked like it was in great condition although we didn't use it. Nearby beach is great for shelling and fishing. Short ride to larger beach down the road. All in all a very successful week!
