"The home was very clean & had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation! The host was very responsive. The beach was just a short walk from the home, and the pool area was wonderful!

"Was extremely fantastic overall. I've never had a place communicate throughout the week the way The Cottages on the Key's did. Couldn't say enough great things about the home, the management company, and the location. My ONLY gripe would be the check in time seems like a hard 4:00pm - which is fine, but they did communicate the potential to get in early if the property was ready. We arrived early and were unable to get in until 4:00 while the property was ready - as we waited outside for a few hours. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

"House is just as advertised. The backyard area with pool, putting green, ping pong, lounge seating and outdoor TV was amazing and where our family spent all of time when at the house. House was in great condition and clean and had everything we needed for making meals and sleeping well. Location was very convenient/walkable to restaurants and shops.

"This property far exceeds the description and is exactly as the photos . We had the most amazing stay. There were 9 of us and there was enough space to hang out and not be on top of each other. We have been coming to the area for 30 years. Our timeshare that we own was not ready to open after last years hurricane. This definitely took the sting out of not being able to be on the beach. Would stay again.

"We had used a previous company and made a decision to try the Cottages. They were excellent from the off. The house was perfect for us. Great lay out for us and great outside area. Round the corner from my cousin, restaurants and Gulf. What was most impressive was all the amenities INSIDE. Every time we thought of something we needed, we found it. Most people like the more modern home but Coconut Cottage is a typical Floridian home and in my humble opinion. Adorable. And after all they have gone through from October? Brilliantly done. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook with this company. We had one request and they were super responsive and helpful. Otherwise we left them alone and vic versa. Thanks so much guys. "We rented Coconut Cottage for a week, traveling with our kids, and two grandsons, aged 4 and 2. The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, everything you could want was already available, the most well supplied house we've ever rented. The pool was great, especially after the beach, and the heat. Walking to St Armand's Circle for dinner, ice cream, or shopping was so easy, even with the boys. Cottages on the Key were super easy to deal with, extremely responsive, and we know for sure we will be returning. Many Thanks!!

"We had a family vacation (9 in total) with ages ranging from 80 to 8. When we arrived, the house was staged and immediately made you feel welcome and relaxed. Even with the heat and humidity, the outdoor space was comfortable and where we spent most of our time after returning from the beach. The landscaping made sure that we had privacy from the surrounding homes. We never felt cramped or crowded even with 9 people in the house. The overall experience was exactly what we needed. The house is so close to the beach and the circle that we did not have to drive anywhere. Overall, this is a great place with a great location. We will definitely be returning for another beach vacation.

"Family of four - easy check in / checkout - automated messages came in and assistant was text message away. Clean property, accurate listing, yes there are lots of coconuts! Well stocked house and well taken care of. Heat lamps outside on deck were and added plus and beach and st Armand's circle are both less than 10 min walk. Only downside / improvement for the house given price point would be a better family moving watching area / upgrade the living room movie set up…… what you see is what you get and just suggesting for landlord. Excellent property and would stay at again.

"We had a family of 6 and we loved every minute of our trip! The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and everything was on site that you would need for the beach. We loved the pool and the gorgeous coconut trees while grilling out and playing games. Highly recommend! Definitely a Premier Property.

"Coconut Cottage has been beautifully renovated and comes stocked with everything you could possibly need! The house was spotless, the outside sitting area and pool was amazing. Very easy walk to St. Armand’s Circle. Wouldn’t necessarily walked to the beach, especially with children, it’s further than you think. Definitely plan on staying there again!

Beautiful beach cottage!!!

"This property was fantastic. Everything was thought of. This is a great house for the whole family. My older kids either rode the bikes or walked into St. Armand every day. My youngest loved walking to get ice cream. The whole family enjoyed the backyard amenities......we lived in the pool the whole vacation. Staying at this property is a must if you are in the Lido Beach area!!!
