Casita Sol is one side of a duplex and may share walls, outdoor areas, and the HOA pool with the neighboring unit — interior spaces are fully private. The washer and dryer for this unit are located in an exterior shed, accessible from outside the home. Chairs and umbrellas for the pool are available through Calini Beach Club. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26.

"perfect vacation rental for our family of four. a quick minute walk to the beach, and loved having access to the wagon, beach chairs and cooler. it was also within walking distance to great coffee shops, bike/golf cart rentals, the big water seafood market, and other yummy restaurants. enjoyed that we were on crescent beach vs busy siesta! would definitely recommend.

"This property was perfect. Immaculately clean. 5 minutes to the beach and 2 mins to the pool. Umbrella and lounge chairs are provided at the beach. Kitchen was really well stocked and a starter kit with dishwasher tablets and other essentials was provided. The beach wagon provided was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants. Management company was available by text for questions. Highly, highly recommend this place. We plan to return! My two year old had a blast.

"It was a great stay with my family. Its location is good. It is close to beach, 7 eleven and restaurants in a walking distance. It seems that the property was renovated recently, has a modern look and is very clean. The front and back yard have enough space, chairs to take a rest and grills for steaks. The managing team quickly responded to our requests and tried to resolve any issues. The welcome cup cakes were nice touch.

"Cottages on the Key Casita Sol Unit was a great stay for me and my family. They were very accommodating with an amazingly stocked kitchen with everything you need if you decide to cook. The unit was very clean and well maintenance. It's a short walk to the beach, literally under 5 minutes. An even shorter walk to the pool, which we did not take advantage of because we wanted to enjoy the beach even more this time in Siesta Key. The pictures show the unit very well, what you see is what you get. The only thing that threw us off was the location of the washer and dryer, in a shed right off the back patio. Definitely not a deal breaker at all, I walk further to my laundry room in my house! It was very peaceful, and you feel like the whole area is to yourself on the back patio with the surrounding palm trees. You are also located near some restaurant's for easy and varied dining. We will be staying here again for sure.

"We had such a great time here. It was a perfect little space for us especially with the kids and their own room. "We had a great week at Casita Sol! The condo is small but well equipped with everything you need and amazing, private outdoor spaces in the front and back, including the hot tub! The location was walking distance to the beach and pool as well as fun restaurants, bars and convenience stores.
