"I rented casita morning star for two couples with 1 child each (7 and 9) and the space worked perfect for us! The private pool was SO nice and we were given plenty of notice regarding pool maintenance as well as when trash day was, etc. Every message received was kind and helpful. The bikes and wagons were great to get to beach in mid July with kids. Everything was clean, and there were plenty of towels (beach/pool and bathroom), but we ended up doing quite a bit of washing with 6 people and 7 nights so additional detergent was required but they are upfront with what they provide.
This was our first trip to the Sarasota/Siesta Key area and this ended up being the greatest area in my opinion, definitely loved crescent beach’s low key vibe as we were not there to party. I would rent here or any other property managed by this company without hesitation!

"The cottage was in a perfect location, and the perfect size for our family. It was very clean and decorated so cute. This property had all the kitchen needs, full sized washer and dryer, as well as the best added details, such as bikes to ride, beach chairs, big basket of beach towels, wagon, corn hole.. I am sure I am leaving something out. The pool area was perfect, and the back yard was setup cute with a table and grill. It was a great week for our family! We will be back. We did rent a golf cart for the week, which really was a cool thing for that area.

"We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! Traveling with a young child can be challenging, but this place was absolutely perfect for our family. The private pool was amazing, the beach was just a short walk away, and the host provided everything we needed for beach days. Communication was excellent throughout our stay — the host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again!

"Beautiful place, exactly what we were hoping for. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and everything you might need, and just a very short walk to Crescent Beach, which is truly gorgeous. The hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Even though the house is near a central road, it honestly didn't bother us at all. We barely noticed any noise, whether we were sleeping or just relaxing by the pool. I would highly recommend staying here. It's a really lovely spot.

"Booked our family stay for the annual July Birthday Beach week and had a great experience. Very responsive hosts from booking to check out. Villa had everything we needed and more! Everything was very nice & clean. Beds are comfy. Perfect for our family of 6. Close enough to everything we needed. Beach was busy, but we were always able to find a great spot. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation full of great memories. Will definitely be back!!

"The management company is wonderful. The unit is exactly as described. Very clean, no odors, comfy beds, great pool and beach access. Reasonably well appointed - plenty of towels & beach towels (could use more silverware). Very appreciated: some toiletries, cleaning products, TP & snacks awaited our arrival. Downsides: situated on a busy & noisy street. AC controls not available in our unit (positioned in the other half of the duplex, perhaps?)We had a great time!

"We stayed 4 nights in the Casita Morning Star and we will definitely be back. This was our first time renting with cottages on the key and they did not disappoint. There were cupcakes waiting for us when we got there for my son's birthday, the rental was fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach/pool, fully stocked kitchen, toiletry kits in each bathroom, and their management team was very quick to respond to questions/concerns. Thank you for a great vacation!
