We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. This home has stairs, if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This property is registered as a vacation rental within the City of Sarasota with the Registration Number VR25-XXXX. Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
