This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building. This unit is on the 3rd floor and will not have access to the 2nd floor. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"Stunning property! The communication from the host was wonderful and the staff of cottages on the key were beyond accommodating with the check in process and during our stay. The property is steps from beach access. The kids loved the pool and got a kick out of the private elevator. The set up of the rooms is perfect, one room has a master with a jack and Jill bath going into a double queen room which was perfect for young kids. A for communication and cleanliness! I wish we had more time at this location! We look forward to booking again!

"We have stayed on this street for 20 years! Our previous rental is no longer being rented so this spot was perfect for us! The staff was amazing at all communication from prior to arrival thru departure! We are looking forward to coming back and making this our new yearly rental! It was spotless and roomy for 8 people plus! The linens were all clean and the kitchen was stocked! The pool was beautifully maintained!! Loved it!!

"The house was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful inside and out and extremely well maintained. The instructions were very easy to follow on how to get inside. There were plenty of beach towels/ beach chairs, a wagon for bringing to the beach, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, ice, the list goes on. The house is a block from the beach access and the beach is a very short walk to the water from beach access 13. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the house. The Cottages management group was very responsive throughout our entire stay and even provided local restaurants to go to. They really thought of everything to provide in the house. BEDS: very comfortable always a must when looking for a house. We would highly recommend the property and look forward to vacationing there again!

"It was a very nice property. We had a few hiccups with getting inside but once we got in touch with the management company they gave us a new code. The elevator was really helpful to get everything upstairs. Walking distance to the beach, 7/11, some shops, and restaurants.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place was absolutely amazing we had the best weekend ever celebrating my birthday here! The hosts were so accommodating, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We loved hanging out by the pool, relaxing on the patio, and using the grill for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were super comfy. The elevator was such a lifesaver for getting all our things upstairs. The location couldn't have been better walking distance to bars, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a liquor store. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely stay again. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had!

"This place was absolutely amazing. The hosts were super responsive and communicate very quickly. The pool was perfect for all the kids, it's a super short walk to the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone for an awesome family beach vacation in South Florida. You can ride your bikes down to get some mini donuts or have a nice dinner. 5 stars!!!

"We couldn't be more happy with our experience! It fit 14 girls comfortably with an open concept for socializing and enough bathrooms for getting ready. We didn't realize the property was completely on the third floor but the elevator was life saving! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

"We came for a nursing school graduation celebration and had an absolutely great time. The house and beach were beautiful. We couldn't get in early but they let us hang out at the office where there were snacks and refreshments until our house was ready. The only issue was there was trash and a few items the people before us had left still there. But I messaged them and they came and took care of it the next day. Would definitely stay again!

"Perfect two-flat set up for friends stay at the beach. We stayed on the top floor and each flat has its own pool, cabana area and garage with ping pong. Entire block consists of the same type rental buildings. Two blocks from the beach and walking distance to coffee, grocery, and bars. Pool is surrounded by lush landscaping which helps with privacy. Would be do fun for a large group to rent out both floors. Great balcony off kitchen living area. Mgmt was super responsive.

"Condo worked very well for our party of 8. Comfortable beds and private pool was great. The only caution I would give is, for larger parties, dining seating is limited to six at the table, there are four barstools at the island as long on you don’t mind split seating. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and appreciated the extra propane tank for the grill. Would stay again.
