"We absolutely loved our stay!! We are residents of Florida and we are super familiar with our “local to us” beaches and restaurants. To say we are hard to impress would be an understatement! But, this home WAS PERFECT! It was so spacious, close to everything and the walk to the beach was easy peasy!
We would recommend you park your car and don’t get back in it until it’s time to go! If you want to visit the local shops or restaurants, we highly recommend the Frog Hopper! It was great! You call them (844-FROG-HOP) and they pick you up right out front and drop you off wherever you want to go! We never waited more than 5 minutes for one. They run solely on tips, so you decide what’s it’s worth!
Our only suggestion for the house would be to add some citronella candles or plug in bug zappers to the main balcony and the master balcony. The noseeums (teeny tiny nats) were atrocious this year.
Overall, we loved it so much we booked for next year! 12/10 RECOMMEND!

"Nice open space for our family. Short walk down the beach to restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc. The layout was great. The host was super responsive. Loved the walk to the beach, the beach gear was very helpful, and the pool was great and we had it to ourselves every day after coming back from the beach. 10/10 would recommend Cottages on the Key and staying at this AirBnb.

"Our stay with 2 of our families was superb. The home is spacious, with room for everyone. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool, the multiple decks, jetted tub and massive island for eating and gathering. The location and walk to the beach is perfect.

"The cottage on the keys was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. We arrived early on the day of check in and they allowed us to drop off our luggage in the office and then it was delivered to the cottage when it was time to check in. The cottage is very spacious and clean. It is well stocked for all your kitchen needs. There are plenty towels, beach towels, a wagon, large cooler, 4 comfortable beach chairs and 4 bikes. The short walk to the beach is ideal. We had the pool to ourselves after our beach day which was perfect to relax in. We definitely plan to return in the future.

"We had a wonderful time staying here and highly recommend it to others. It was very peaceful, relaxing and private. Everything that we needed was walkable and bikeable and we enjoyed that. There was plenty of space for 5 adults especially with 3 full bathrooms that were absolutely beautiful. Our family favorite was the pool and the deck with the retractable doors and grill. I personally loved the laundry room and kitchen. We had a few minor glitches that were handled immediately, professionally with exceptional communication. They had beach towels, chairs, bikes and a cooler for use which was very much appreciated. The only thing that I would suggest is for them to have a beach umbrella/tent and perhaps chairs and bikes for at least 5 especially since the place can accommodate several people. The currently have enough for 4 and we had five of us staying there. We didn't have an issue but it would have been a nice extra perk. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

"We travel a lot. This place and the management team were second to none. They were in touch every day to make sure everything was ok and when a toilet wouldn’t flush they were there immediately to fix it and always replied immediately when I had questions. The condo is beautiful and better than the pictures. High ceilings and comfortable furniture! We will be back!

"The apartment is a few blocks from the beach, very accessible on foot. Communication with the host was very smooth and he solved the minor problems we had very quickly. It is on the first floor with an elevator, very well equipped. There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Highly recommended

Beautiful well appointed condo.

"Beautiful well appointed condo. Large spacious open floor plan with great flow and lots of sunlight. Deck with sliding glass doors creating an indoor outdoor space. All bedrooms were large and comfortable with either ensuite or adjacent bathrooms. Lots of ceiling fans through out the condo. Open kitchen with a huge island and lots of barstools. Elevator was convenient for elderly visitors and bringing in luggage and groceries. The room with 2 double beds has twin trundles under each double bed (closet in this room was locked with temporary hanging rod as a substitute). Huge garage with nice beach chairs and rolling beach cart. Location is excellent, one block to crescent beach access #13. Shared pool area is small but we spent most of our outdoor time at my parents condo complex. We had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly by the management company. Would definitely stay again!

"Location 1 block to the beach pool right next door 1/4 mile from Captain Curt's and the Daiquiri Deck. Free shuttle to the village. Cleanest accommodations I have ever stayed at Gorgeous 3 bed 3 bath 4 balconies. Kitchen is a chefs dream. Huge garage ping pong table fishing pole beach chairs. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We had one normal type issue and it was fixed within the day. I would stay here every time in siesta Key.

"This place was AMAZING! We have visited the Siesta Key area for over 30 years now and this was our first stay with the Cottages! We will definitely be back....we didn't want to leave. They have thought of EVERY LAST DETAIL in making your stay a FIRST CLASS experience. House was GORGEOUS and CLEAN!! We received texts making our check-in and out so simple. When we had a couple questions, they always answered back so friendly and quickly! It was truly one of the best vacations our family has had! THANKS SO MUCH!!! :)

"This place was everything advertised and more! We were very pleased with everything about this place. It was perfect location to the best beach on the island, restaurants, shops and more. It had everything we needed. My kids range from 17 years to 10 years and between the pool, ping pong table, Xbox they loved it.
