Per Sarasota County regulations, this property allows one rental per 30-day period. Please contact us for more information. The pool is heated between November 15th and April 15th. Cooler temperatures may impact heating performance. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. We happily welcome 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

"We have stayed at multiple locations represented by The Cottages On The Key and our go to rep is Jennifer Van Wie. She is the most professional contact person by always making sure we are happy with our accommodations, checking in to make sure everything meets our standards and always available if we need anything at all. She makes the arrival at any place she is booking an absolute pleasure after a long day of traveling too. She treats everyone with respect and kindness. She makes sure the rentals are top notch. We have dealt with her for many years now and we highly recommend her and The Cottages On The Keys for everyone. We would like to thank her for always making our trips memorable. Siesta Key is definitely one of the best beaches in the country with white sand, a drum circle on Sundays at sundown, a wonderful and respectful tribute to our Vets daily at sundown except on Sundays right on the beach, easy access to open water from the canals, shopping in the village, and of course the best clam chowder ever at Captain Curt’s. Most of the rentals have all amenities you need to cook, grill, enjoy a wonderful pool, spacious bedrooms and nice water pressure. We will continue dealing with Jennifer for many years to come! "Great little house. Pool was perfect. Beds, pillows, bedding were very comfortable. Could use a new area carpet in the master bedroom….. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the Village, market, restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again. Property managers were very courteous , professional. Quick responses to any questions. Easy rental without any demands. A stress free checkout!!

Fantastic house close to downtown Siesta

"Fantastic house close to downtown Siesta, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and less the 25 min from the airport. House was spotless, spacious and super comfortable. Outside was relaxing and the pool and hot tub was the cherry on the cake!! Next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again!!

"Created lasting great memories with family. Incredibly clean home and breathtaking backyard and pool. The pool was sparkly clean and so very relaxing. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. This is the perfect place for a large family vacation. Lots of really nice amenities available for use, i.e beach equipment, bikes, kayaks, kitchen with utensils. The host was readily available. Looking forward to a return trip in the future. Highly recommend.

"This home somehow managed to avoid any hurricane damage that we could tell, since it looked in great condition inside and out. The island traffic is brutal. We dealt with property management company The Cottages on The Key, and they were fantastic…shout out to Andie and Kenneth! This home is fully equipped for everything you need for a great vacation. From four bikes, to all the beach gear you need, to ping pong and cornhole, tennis, kayaks and fishing gear. The home is dog friendly, however my only complaint is that the yard is not fully enclosed (we brought our dog, which likes to ‘run free', so we had to leash her the whole visit). The inside is fully tiled, with just a small carpet in the living room space. The outside pool is a dream come true, with five lounge chairs, four Adirondak chairs and a gas heater. I can't say enough about how great this home is. We did so much while we were here, yet there was so much more we wanted to do…another month would have been great!

"Blu Sky is a great house to rent on Siesta Key. House was very clean with large bedrooms rooms, kitchen, dinning, and entertainment room. The house has a very nice heated pool and overlooks a canal. Very private setting. Ten minute walk to Siesta Key restaurants and fifteen minute walk to the beaches. Bikes, beach towels and chairs are all here. Just bring sunscreen. RWS & KLS.

"We loved everything about this property and our time on Siesta Key. The home, the amenities and the location ensured that we were never bored. A golf cart rental helped us with our short commute down to the beach for nightly sunset watching. The canal provided a tranquil place to relax and unwind, while the pool, spa and large outdoor patio kept the kids entertained all month long. The kitchen was large and perfect for a big family. Thank you for our perfect vacation!
