"We loved our stay! The sweeping bay views from the porch are just gorgeous. We spent a lot of time relaxing and playing games on the porch, soaking in the views. The walk to the beach is not too bad. Loved having the golf cart to go get dinner and ice cream I. Siesta Village!

"My family had a wonderful stay at the Cottages on the Key (Bayside Escape) on Siesta Key. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach with private access. We loved the tropical setting, peaceful mornings spotting rabbits and herons, and relaxing on the back porch with coffee while watching sunrises, sunsets, and boats passing by. Our son especially enjoyed fishing off the private dock.
The amenities were great and everything was conveniently close to restaurants and markets. The beach was fantastic. Two highlights were dinner at Summer House and visiting Marie Selby Gardens.
It was a lovely, relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend!

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottages! The scenery was breathtaking, and the home itself was immaculate. We felt extremely welcome! They even left a birthday card/cupcake as we were celebrating my mother‘s birthday.

"The unit was in a beautiful location! We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the water, enjoying the breeze and the view. It was as described in the write-up. We arrived to a nice note and gift, which was pleasant after a day of travel. The kitchen was well appointed - we had everything we needed to cook. The unit was very clean. Check-in was easy and there was clear communication from the host. I highly recommend it!

"We would rent this property and from this company again and again! Excellent communication, pictures listed were exactly (and more!) than what we expected, pool area was steps away and very spacious and clean. The pool photos online don't do the ACTUAL pool justice! Only on Little amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms (soaps, sponges, etc) were very thoughtful and appreciated. We didn't feel like we had to go out and purchase every little thing for our week stay. I The space was perfect for our family - and the screened in porch was a PERFECT addition to our stay! A huge THANK YOU to The Cottages staff for helping make our first stay in Siesta Key so memorable!

"Beautiful spot exactly as described. Lots of comfortable seating and the kitchen was very well stocked to be able to cook or bbq anything. Lots of room for storage, air conditioning worked great as well as laundry. Impressed with all the amenities for the pool and beach, toys towels, wagon and bikes. The layout of the unit was awesome as well. The upper loft is the highlight. The deck was so peaceful and fun to watch some boats come and go. We even saw some dolphins! Very close to the pool. The only small downsides is the lower bedrooms have older beds and frames that could probably use updating and it is not the most walkable location in siesta key. But easy to get a cheap ride or rent a golf car and if you are looking for exercise equal distance basically between captain Kurt's in the south and skob in the north!

"Perfect! It was clean and well-appointed. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch, looking at the water and watching the boats go by. We spent mornings on the porch drinking coffee and evenings enjoying cocktails and wine. We loved that we could enjoy two pools or walk to the beach.

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of four plus my mom! The upstairs primary bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space at times. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved to have lunch and dinner out on the balcony - a great view with lots to see, including dolphins that came right in front of the unit! An easy walk to the beach or Main Street to catch the trolley. We'll be back!
