"Clean, well maintained property that was thoughtfully stocked - kitchen stuff and beach gear in particular made it so easy. We usually drive to the beach and lug our own stuff, nice to be able to fly in this time and have pretty much everything already there. Host was super responsive and when we had an issue, maintenance was there within hours.

"This rental perfectly suited our family group of three adults and three tweens/teens. The location was great, allowing us to walk most places The host’s generous provision of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels was very helpful. We would have loved to use the kayaks but we ran out of time! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit again.

"The check in/check out of this property was effortless. The property was nice and clean, but the highest floor does get a little warm. We also didn't know the rooftop can only be accessed by elevator (no stairs) and it is shared with the unit next door. The courtyard with the grill and patio tables is also shared with the next door unit. We were happy with everything that was provided, and the walk to the beach is very manageable. If you are taking the cart, I would highly recommend using public beach access #8 vs #9, as it is more packed down and easier to push/pull the cart. The downtown village area is about a 10-12 minute walk (about a half mile), but during the time we went (mid-May) there was ample parking if you preferred to take the car instead. This is a great location and a beautiful property. I would stay here again. Thank you!

"Overall, our stay was pleasurable. There unfortunately was issues with the internet when we first got there, but the team was extremely helpful and responsive and sent someone out the next day for it to be fixed. The only true issue was having no hot water on the 3rd floor, but we were compensated for this, so I am grateful for that!

"Really nice property- plenty of space on each floor to accommodate teens (and they loved the private elevator to fourth floor rooftop deck ). Short walk to beach and the shops. 2 kayaks provided- we used them a lot. All amenities provided and friendly and prompt service from management. We will be back! Thank you.

"Lovely home. Very large with extra beds and bedding if needed. Very close to the beach and village area. I'm not sure how the cleaning crew did it, but we did not find one grain of sand when we arrived. The place was sparkling. We had one minor incident and someone came within an hour to resolve the issue. I have never seen water so clear in a US beach. One of the nicest vacation houses and destinations I have had. Thank you for the memories.
