This home is part of a condo unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building, the left most garage, along with the shared outdoor and pool areas. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. This home has stairs. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations.

Per HOA requirements:
• Garages can fit a vehicle no bigger than 72 inches in height.
• Guest vehicle height will be needed before arrival as to prevent any missed expectations or negative effects to your experience.
• One parking pad per side of the building can be used as a first come, first serve basis.
• Oversized or extra vehicles to be parked on the street just outside the gates of the property.
• Grills may only be used on ground level, pulled 10 feet from the building. No grills, hibachi, or any open flame cooking device or fire pit may be used on balconies or patios.

"Had a wonderful stay at Sun Sea Terrace with friends. The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Enjoyed all the balconies, media room and rooftop deck that this condo offered, The shared pool and spa were well maintained. The location is excellent…short walking distance to the market, restaurants, shops and beach. Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Siesta Key.

"We love Siesta Key and we were so excited to come across this beautiful home!! It had so much room for all of our family. Had plenty of everything we needed! Very well stocked! Did not have to buy much of anything at all when we arrived. We had a small issue with the pool when we arrived but they were so quick to text back and got service out immediately and fixed it! Loved the pool and hot tub! We would definitely come back. The area was amazing and just so homey and comfortable for all of us. Thank you for an amazing time in your beautiful home! Definitely book this home! You will not regret it!

"This home was just as described, could not have asked for more. Location to the beach, free shuttle along the island, just a few blocks to grocery, restaurants, shopping and bars (no need for a vehicle). Beds were very comfortable, wagon, beach chairs, cooler are all provided. Rate this property at 10+. Thank you!!
