Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. We happily welcome one small dog (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 per week pet fee, breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pup’s stay just as wonderful as yours. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. During cooler weather, heating performance may vary depending on outdoor temperatures. This home has stairs. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us prior to booking to discuss accommodations. "We had an amazing time at this house. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach. House is equipped with everything you need. Large open space kitchen, dining room and living room, each bathroom had a welcoming kit. House has beach towels and all inflatables for the pool and ocean, plus beach chairs. Huge pool with hot tub, slide and waterfall, plenty of outdoor furniture, TV and ping pong table. Roof top opens a great view. We were all impressed with this house and will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family. Good job on making our vacation so great. Thank you.

"This is an amazing property! We had 4 families ages 18-63 and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having our own bathrooms. The pool is huge! The house comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon. There are also pool noodles (we added 3 from Costco) and boogie boards. The rental company replied within minutes of me asking a question.There are public beach parks close to the house, but we loved the small public beach by the Lido Beach Resort that is 2 blocks from house and had a tiki bar at the hotel. You can walk to Armend’s circle and to the park where kayaked through mangroves and saw manatees. We cooked several meals in the fully stocked kitchen and the grill was great. The house also has a 4 car garage that accommodated our mini van, expedition and 2 small suvs. If anything could be added, I agree with a screened in porch downstairs, but we just put on bug spray at dusk and continued our evening. This was our first time to this beautiful area and we all thoroughly loved it. This is definitely a house we would to which we would return. I had a hard time leaving it.

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of space for 3 separate families and a great house for all our little kids! The slide was a hit and the pool set up was perfect for little kids. Laundry on both floors was nice and the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals, including a full rack of spices. 2 block walk to beach was very manageable especially with great beach wagon and beach chairs provided. We had a great time and will be rebooking at this property!

"We rent a different property every year at this time with 15 of us, kids and grandkids…This is by far the best property we have stayed at in years! Beautiful house… Spotless… Had everything we needed, comfortable 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms for a large family, beautiful, clean pool and hot tub, the list goes on and on, I cannot find one thing that wasn't perfect in this house. If I could rate it the way I want I would give it 100 stars. Thank you for providing us a wonderful vacation!

"The house was immaculately cleaned- even the beach equipment was clean- and well appointed, especially the kitchen. All the rooms are spacious and layout is very nice, with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy at different times of the day. It is a very short walk to the beach and a reasonable walk to the restaurants at St Armands circle.

"This house was spotless, had everything we needed in regard to kitchen utensils, pool towels, beach chairs and wagon, and more. We stayed for a week and were supremely happy with the house. The only complaints were about the beds and pillows as they were uncomfortable, I highly recommend traveling with your own pillows if you're able.

"House is within walking distance to the Mangroves and Kayaking. You can easily walk or drive to the circle for shopping and food. Wonderful pool and very spacious rooms. Only downside is a lot of construction near the house. Not their fault, but a heads up is always nice. It was difficult to sleep in for sure. Other that that it was a wonderful house with great space and communication.

"We were in town for 2 weeks for my daughter's horse show, which was about a 45 minute drive to and from the house every day. Our days were very long and the weather was not ideal. What a huge relief it was to have this house to come home to. It was seamlessly designed with an open floor plan for the kitchen/living/dining/lanai creating easy hang out space and private bedrooms complete with TVs and full bathrooms. Sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous and easily viewed from the roof deck. The pool/ hot tub were effortless and relaxing. Pool heat was on a pre-set timer that worked perfectly. Grill was easily accessible, clean & worked great. Washers & dryers on both 3rd and 4th floors also a huge plus! Location was very easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at St Armand's Circle and about 4 blocks to beach! Owners were super responsive, kind and thoughtful any time I reached out. This home is a great find!

"Wow. This house is incredible. My family and another close friends family stayed at the home. The kids loved the water slide to no end and it was easy watching them from the lanai. The house was fully stocked and perfectly clean. Management team made check in easy and provided a great experience. Very close to the public beach but still had privacy. Can't wait to stay here again!!
